Who neglects their legs?
Reason I ask is at my gym theres quite a lot of big dudes. However I very rarely see any of them training legs. What's this all about? I vaguely remember a discussion on NM about this and remember a few fellas saying that they didn't train 'em.
I have to be honest and say legs are definitely my weakest body part and they should get more attention - I only train them once a week.
