I have a 40 oz cooler bottle I bought from Costco.
I drink 2-3 of those a day, plus a Diet Pepsi, a cup of coffee, a Gatorade or 2 during training.
When I wake to pee at night I drink more water. Which in turn makes me pee more.
Right now I’m resetting my guts, so all I drank the last 2 days was fruit juice and Gatorade, beef broth with Mct oil. No food. I went 52 hours before eating. So I bet I drank at least a gallon 1/2, I needed the sugar for energy.
