How Much Water a Day Do You Drink?

0.5 L - 1.5 L water bottles (500 ml. x 1-3)
2 L coffee, tea & sometimes misc. energy drinks
0.5 L pre-workout
2 L water during weight workout or 1 L if cardio (with BCAAs)
1 L with post-workout protein shake

No wonder I've been getting up to pee so much lately. ;)
 
I often do not drink enough of it. When I don't get enough I get sluggish and tired for no reason. Probably between 2 - 3 litres when I'm drinking enough to feel energetic enough to get life done.
 
4-5 litres in the summer

2-3 litres the rest of the year

Add another 2 litres on workout days

I work 10 Hour shifts so I just keep the 4 litre at my toolbox and get through it quite easily. I probably don’t get enough on my days off now that I am thinking about it.

I have a 40oz hydroflask that I’m constantly filling up. I can have a pretty sedentary job sometimes, so if I’m not drinking water, my mind tends to wander and start thinking about cookies or some sort of junk food LOL

But on average I’m probably between 4-6ish litres a day.

I don't drink enough. I hope to get 3-4 litres a day of water. I know thats not enough, but my job makes it impossible to do so. It's more the fact that I can't go for a leak whenever I need to, not that I can;t drink enough.


When I was seriously into body building when I Was younger it was common for me to drink 8 litres a day. I carried around a 2 litres jug everywhere I went.
 
On average about 8-10L a day. Plus shakes, an intraworkout shake, and all the milk I drink throughout the day.
 
I aim for 4 to 5 L a day... reality it changes with weather I like to use flavored water BCAA blue raspberry, it helps as I find the palate Taste of just straight water tough
