119/74 HR 56 - 3rd cup of coffee, slept a little better but not great. Should be noted that even though I am cutting carbs, I am gaining weight in muscle. Yesterday I was 227 and fluctuate between 225-230. I was 220 a month ago and my weight is going up a lb or two every week to two weeks. It isn't water weight as I take low doses of gear. The key being progressive strength in weight or reps and increase in body weights in muscle and not fat.
I expect higher BP with weight gain but haven't seen it yet.
