What did you eat today

On thuraday I ate

2 slices bacon
3 whole eggs
1 cup 2%milk

mr noodles
6oz beef tenderloin
1/3 head of caulflower

1 cup rice
6 oz chicken breasts

1/2 bowl Mrs Vickis potato chips

2 ground beef wraps (so ground beef in taco seasoning with choululas hot sauce, cheddar cheese, tomato’s and green onions in a wrap.

2 cans tuna, 100 gm of hot dry salami

over 3000 cal.
 
Breakfast - 250 g chicken breast, 4 tablespoons of raw cashews, 6 L strawberries, 2 glasses of water with ACV, 2 mugs of coffee with cream.
765 cals / 26 g carbs / 34 g fat / 83 g protein
Your meals look next to perfect for a bodybuilding diet, that amount of protein too I'd imagine your a fairly big guy?
 
Today so far
One yeti of coffee with 1 tbsb of almond milk and 1 tsp of MCT oil
3 over easy eggs
4 regular cut pieces of bacon
3 slices of deli ham -grilled
50g of almonds
20g coconut clusters)
200g of cobb salad (chicken, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, bacon and cheese.
2L of water.
Not sure what's for dinner yet 🤔

I'm sitting at around 1500 calories so far. My deficit is set at 1800 so I'll probably go over a bit today to boost the metabolism.

I actually thought the exact opposite when I saw you eating beef burritos a couple posts ago lol dry hot salami sounds nice too

I swap up my lunch and dinner, but I still only have like 6 different meals total, lol.
but breakfast, mid day and before bed meal is always the same.
Since I stopped using protein powder, I’m cooking 5 times a day. but my digestion is 1000x better without protein powder.

Nice. Yea I'm feeling really repetitive with my meal plans now so I'm going to switch to bison and lamb for a while. Might try a few other new things too

New breakfast system a friend suggested and yes it has 20 g more protein than I have most other meals. Depends on you definition of 'big'. Over the past few years I have been as low as 220 and as high as 240. I'm not eating/training for mass - different priorities. I only eat 2750-3000 cals a day and compared to many here that isn't very high. My PED intake consists of TRT with the odd compound added in at 100-150 mg per week for a few months - mostly primo. If I increased my calories and ran a real cycle (500 mg per week), I would need a new wardrobe in a few months. Each to their own but my health is priority 1.
Keep in mind I am in my 40's - priorities change as we age.
 
My meal for today. Two Lobster’s, mashed potatoes with lobster dressing, roasted brussels sprouts and spaghetti with shrimp and lobster sauce.

Breakfast - 10 grams of glutamine in water with wobenzymes and 2 mugs of coffee with cream. 30 minutes later 4 tablespoons of raw walnuts, 4 whole eggs, 1 clementine.

Meal 2: 250 g chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli.

Meal 3: 6 oz top sirloin and 1/2 cup jasmine rice.

Meal 4: same as 3

Meal 5: 1 tablespoon of EVOO and 1 cup 1% cottage cheese.

Meal 6: snack - 100 gram sliced turkey wrapped around a dill pickle and 2 oz old cheddar.

2,898 cals / 88 grams carbs / 137 grams fat / 314 grams protein

Meal 6: 150 grams sliced turkey around 2 oz of cheddar cheese.

2,763 cals / 113 grams carbs / 121 grams fat / 299 grams protein
