On thuraday I ate
2 slices bacon
3 whole eggs
1 cup 2%milk
mr noodles
6oz beef tenderloin
1/3 head of caulflower
1 cup rice
6 oz chicken breasts
1/2 bowl Mrs Vickis potato chips
2 ground beef wraps (so ground beef in taco seasoning with choululas hot sauce, cheddar cheese, tomato’s and green onions in a wrap.
2 cans tuna, 100 gm of hot dry salami
over 3000 cal.
