All vials will eventually end up with little pieces in the vials. It's just an unfortunate thing that happens.
I've had light grey, dark grey even clear silicone stoppers had chunks go into the vial.
I actually refuse to use gear now unless it has a colored stopper, when you have small clear chunks in a syringe that you just barely notice and then you notice the vial it makes you go wtf, omg how many times have I put that in me.
I also prefer grey rubber over silicone, rubber ones tend not to leak out of the vial while your trying to draw out, it gets noticeably bad when you push 5+ cc of air in the vial before drawing out.
Bro science says it's from the alcohol solvents causing a break down of the rubber stoppers.
But your continually puncturing a solid state object and we'll things just happen.
If you cheap like me lol just order some .2um syringe filters and refilter the vial then use a different vial but again this is completely different user preference.
QUOTE="Canuck83, post: 43900, member: 535"]It’s where the needle punctured the stopper, the crimp is tight, everything looks great and professional. I’ve always drawn the same way, 23 gauge, air or no air never had any issue. I’ll contact the rep and let them know, but it’s more then likely just a fluke on my end. I was deep into my review and just wrote my whole experience from start to finish, it’s not even really a complaint more of an observation as everything is going great so far
