Bandit’s Contest Prep Log - 18 & 20 weeks out

Impressive season Sir! A guy's first show is just crammed full of unique and unfamiliar experiences over months and I applaud anyone who faces it. You came in looking like a seasoned competitor. I find it particularly impressive to achieve the condition you did in two shows back to back. Even the top IFBB guys often stumble when they take on that task. You may not be happy to have lost some size for the second one but from the pics your conditioning was amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if you looked just as big anyways due to being just that little bit sharper. The back shot from the stage in particular is crazy, hard to say anyone could have been anymore shredded than that.

Enjoy the off season, looking forward to the videos.

Ohhh, your gonna grow nicely this year! Good old muscle building compounds, simple and very effective.
Insulin im not sure was mentioned but i assume thats in ther too yeh? Maybe i missed it. Either way your gonna get big for real now!

Hell yeah man. Something about Test and deca was just really calling my name. This offseason is gonna have some early 2000s vibes to it haha. Obviously don’t plan to get sloppy but I want to look like a brick shit house in the gym. I’m pretty over maintaining a “lean” look during these growth phases.

As for the insulin, nothing implemented yet as my insulin sensitivity is quite high being so fresh out of the show, but I’d imagine I’ll see it coming in fairly quickly seeing as food is already quite high. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in at some point next week. Gonna leave that decision up to my coach.

Super excited to see what this next phase can yield

figured I'd just start a fresh channel rather than these get buried underneath training clips
Good call.
Man you are a natural it’s awesome. Really enjoying the series so far. One thing I personally wish you would mention is your total calorie / macro breakdowns for the days. Everything else is full of detail, and it’s great.

I put them in the full day of eating video. For the next update I’ll plug everything in Cronometer and show the numbers because honestly I have no clue myself where they’re at

Thanks! No clue eh lol, just taking it meal by meal what the coach lays out for ya, that’s cool.

Yup I’ve just become accustomed to the “meal plan” style diet. I dont do a whole lot of food substituting and when I do it’s usually just fruits/veg or carb sources. So that being the case don’t really need to know the macros/calories for any reason other than just out of curiosity

Eating clean, anadrol and deca puts little bloat at all I found but a whole lot of strength and mass. Doesn't take too many Whopper combo #1's to fuck everything up for me. Sitting there eating chicken, rice and veggies/salad was rough. 4,000/4500cal per day was difficult to do long term.

That’s what I’m noticing so far. My coaches feedback is that it looks like conditioning has barely slipped, just obviously the visuals are gonna appear drastically different transitioning from prep drugs to basically the most notorious “watery” stack of off season drugs.

Luckily I’ve always had a strong appetite and find myself enjoying bodybuilding foods so I don’t have much issue consistently put it down at high amounts. During my previous growing phase priori to prep, I was pushing just upwards of 6000 calories for atleast a few months and was still looking forward to each meal, with the exception of a few days here and there.

That being said I’m taking a bit of a different approach with my diet this time around. Having more “fun” with it so to speak. Allowing myself to enjoy sauces, variety of seasonings, flavoured cream of rices, a bit of macro matching here and there. Previous I was all in on the “hardcore” approach. On that note flavoured cream of rice from elev8 and flavor gang are on of the reasons I wake up in the morning 🤣

I’ve never tried the COR brands. Just recently implemented COR into my diet by just throwing jasmine rice through the blender in large batches. Then I’ll just cook plain, add whey / cinnamon / salt / fruit / sometimes maple syrup. It’s my pre-workout meal and by far my favourite meal of the day. After watching your full day of eating, I’m real tempted to order up some Flavor gang.
