Bandit’s Contest Prep Log - 18 & 20 weeks out

Gonna wrap up this thread as its time to pull things back and move into a cruise.

Peak weight for this push came in at 234.6lbs.

Pretty stoked to move into this cruise after pushing for so long. Already pulled food back a touch which was a nice mental relief. Will likely have to pull back training volume some, might be tough to overcome my toxic relationship with feeling like I have to treat every workout like my last lol.

Plan to start a new log to document my off season cycle in a the next couple months... stay tuned!

These last pictures are an awesome display of beauty and BEAST ! Fucking amazing.
I also appreciate competition but to walk around for any extended periods of time looking like this is the dream only a few will ever live, you've done an incredible job on the rebound phase. You seem very humble but I hope you are proud of yourself.

250 is only 15 away. This looks like your rebound weight. Nice fill out. 25lbs lean and a great cut like last show your in a great place. Slin works wonders don't it ;) 25 is not easy but have seen it done in a year before. You have the drive so wouldn't be surprised if you hit 225 on stage in 10mths. The protocol at the end doesn't exactly strip body weight. It kind of puts it on in the right ways.

Not sure how I missed this, but you put on incredible slabs of muscle. You are muscular everywhere, but mother of F your shoulders are amazing. Even on a major bulk - still have lines/vascularity and they pop out like coconuts on your side.
Congrats - please keep your cruise / take the foot of the gas phase as I think this is as important for everyone to see/read about as your cut and bulk. If you keep doing vids, please include your bloods when you do them next (hopefully on your cruise phase to see if some of the markers you were not all that happy with come back to normal).
No question, given time you hit 250 and there will be no concerns with size in any competition as you will be in the HW class.
This is a great log for everyone to read.
Out of curiosity - do you do much isolated trapezius training or it just part of your shoulder back work and they grew from the hard training?

I plan to do some sporadic video updates but as mentioned before I'll also be starting a new log here for my next off season push. That will likely be updated more frequently. I'll have bloodwork done in the next few weeks so ill include the results in there.

I've never done any isolation work for my traps, they've just grown through the stimulus they get from rowing, deadlifts, lateral raises, etc.
