Bandit’s Contest Prep Log - 18 & 20 weeks out

I knew it!! I figured it was only a matter of time :) It works. Same for the diuretics and the cocktail to get vascularity like an anatomy chart combined with carb loading and slin on the next show. It looks like you can make a step to the Toronto Open in 1yr in the light heavies no problem on a clean bulk and that shredding you did just now. Hope it is this smoking diet with deca then experiment with some anadrol. It is amazing for veins. Next contest is the "break out" and heads up for all other competitors with allowing to qualify (if you pick the right show) for the Toronto Open the next year. In as a light heavy with a shock and see what happens. Your frame and genetics can handle a move to the win in the heavyweight division with one more year training. 20-25lbs hard in a year is possible but it's a bit costly.

I like to take things one step at a time. First goal is to win a class. Even if I happen to qualify for a national level show by placing top 3 in a class I have no interest in competing at that level. If im going to compete at that level I want to be confident I can be competitive. If I can’t even win a class at a regional show, that’s a good enough indicator that I’m not ready for the next level.

The goal for my next competition is to compete in the Heavweight class. Being 5’10 that’s a bit on the taller end to compete in LHW. Guys who do well in LHW are typically 5’6-5’8. Short dense fuckers haha.

My coach is adamant about pushing me up to 250lbs. So if I can get up to 250 with 30-40lbs to diet off, that will put me at a good size to compete as a heavy weight.

Adductors - 2 sets
Extensions - 3 sets
Leg press - 3 sets (2 top sets, 1 back off)
Pendulum squat - 2 sets (1 top set, 1 back off - rest pause)
DB RDL - 2 sets
Seated ham curls - 3 sets

B

Adductors - 2 sets
Laying ham curls - 3 sets
RDL (Pit shark) - 2 sets (1 top set, 1 back off)
Extensions - 3 sets
Hack squat - 2 sets
Leg press - 3 sets (2 top sets, 1 back off - rest pause)

Impressive size gains and not surprising you would put on mass after cutting and still retaining a lot of size. Did you give yourself a break after the competition cut, etc.? Break as in time off the bulk of the PED's? This is a great log and I am trying to follow it, but I admit I can't recall everything without going back and reading. I have a lot of questions lol.

I thought I saw @Brbpuppy say something about 225 lbs and insulin, but don't recall in the list of compounds you were taking insulin ever, but I could have missed it. I wondered how you shuttled so many calories and kept lean and took high doses of HGH without the addition.
Just watched some of the vid and great to see someone breakdown blood tests/plans after vs. just how you placed and what you did to place. It shows you have a long term plan.

Curious since the liver blood tests, if you followed up for more or had the ultrasound done - sorry if you answered this. Is it normal in Quebec to test two markers for liver when 4 is considered a minimum in most provinces (that is minimum if anything is off - typically if something is off a GP or Gastro add in 3 more). If I missed again sorry, but where is the AST and GGT? I can't imagine a province ignores this essential marker as it is an indicator of fatty liver, acute liver stress, more than liver damage (GGT). I have heard others from the same area say the health system is bad, and blood work is hard to come by. Here we have to ask for GGT separately - but private liver tests do AST, ALT, ALP, Bilirubin, and protein (protein abnormalities can be caused by multiple other issues, but seems to get lumped in with the liver tests).

I saw the plan which I think is for the post workout bulk which obviously is working - 1050 test, 700 deca, T4, 18 IU HGH, Proviron, and can't recall the rest, does this include insulin and you just don't get into listing it? I think you mentioned recently Reta really messed up your digestion, did you give it a second go, and if so any easier on the digestive track?

Sorry for all the questions, but this is a great time capsule for someone who takes this serious. FYI - your size add on looks great and not a dirty bulk.

Haven't taken a break yet. Plan is to move into a health phase at some point in January.

Currently using a mix of long acting and short acting insulin. 20iu Tresiba with meal 1 & 20iu Humalog with my post workout meal. Insulin is only being used on training days to help preserve insulin sensitivity.

I have not completed any follow up on my blood work.

PED load has remained the same throughout the entire rebound so far. I attempted to incorporate Reta for a second time and ran into issues again. It was actually worse this time around. Very bad distension, to the point of being in pain. Pulled it out and didn't experience any further issues.
 
230.0lbs on the scale for the first time ever.

This week will be the final week of the rebound before moving into a cruise.

Tentative time line looks like:
- Cruise
- Move into "off season" and push for 250lbs +/-
- Aim to compete in the Fall of this year.

Looks like you will only have one bulking cycle and one cutting. I have personally watched someone at the gym just absolutely explode on....

24wks total
600 test 400 deca for 16wks then dropped the deca. At week 8 he added anadrol at 75mg/d for 4wks then 75mg/d at week 18 to 24. That's it for PED's. I have never seen so much rice, broiled in the oven chicken and greens in my life eaten. It was a bit sickening to watch and asked if he could substitute sweet potato sometimes and he said "I found the perfect diet now so I'm sticking with it". I will say he ate BBQ'd kabobs o plenty and lots of fish off it as well. Thing is though he never bloated up at all. He told me he was experimenting with anadrol and vascularity it could bring at the end of his cycle and carb loaded because he was just lean as hell. I could almost ring oil off his body which is a side effect. He showered all the time and still needed some accutane but did say he had a shitload of zits as a teen.

He was black and in his early 30's 5ft 7in on a good day with a shim or two in his shoes. He had to have gained damn near 30lbs on that run but it was what he looked like that changed a lot. On certain days he had these fingers that attached his chest to the center of ribcage but there were carves across the muscle as well has cross striations in the tri's and a split on the bi's. He was a nice guy hope I see him again when I return to the gym

I was 5lbs off but thats because you added insulin lolol.
I'd say you were pretty damn spot on. Im not gonna be surprised if Im down 5lb at minimum after pulling the drugs back. I'm holding the most water I ever have. I've never held water in my ankles and I certainly am now

Whats needed for you to hit 250lbs?
2grams test, 10+ units quality gh, insulin, 100mg anadrol final push and mass gainer on top of food. It'll be just too much solid food.
Thats quite the overshoot if you ask me.
Im thinking the offseason cycle will look something like:

1050-1250mg Test
700mg Deca
- I'm not sure if I like how Deca makes me "feel" but there's no doubt it's helped put a good amount of size on me. Unless it really drives me insane, I'll probably justify using it again
250-350mg EQ - Shied away from EQ because it previously killed my estrogen but im thinking of experimenting with it again because it without a doubt made me feel the strongest I ever have
Might incorporate a low dose oral if my bloodwork looks okay at the end of this cycle and going in to the next cycle.

As for the GH, running 18iu per day has been pretty beneficial but I'm gonna bring it down for next cycle. It's too hard to manage my blood sugar on this amount. Also as im getting heavier im struggling with the carpal tunnel stuff.

Yeh be careful with the high dose deca, deca is great until its not. Everybody has kind of a redline for it.
Interesting about the eq making you feel very strong. Ive never used it, so to me thats a good plus that i dont see many people saying.
Gh i doubt you would notice a huge difference if it was down to 10-12iu from 18. Maybe would help with the sides and still provide very similar benifits.

Explaining my reasoning....230lbs now on what was it 1000 test 500 deca? Another 500 test or deca would only with heavy food net you max 10lbs without getting too fat. This is the last 10-15lbs would have to be put on with more gear and the king of a final mass push is absolutely anadrol. Even if it was 1500 test and 500 deca plus anadrol at the end would be same results roughly as the 2g test then drol. Its really just what works best for you. Test is best then add the rest.

I say whatever my opinions are and its easy for me to express them openly. I really just enjoy this topic of conversation and sharing and learning this kind of info. You are the one doing this and lives with the results. I hope i dont bug you too much with my posts, but its never with negative or malitious intend. Always appreciate the time youve spent logging, posting and responding to everyone.
