Bandit’s Contest Prep Log - 18 & 20 weeks out

I’ve never tried the COR brands. Just recently implemented COR into my diet by just throwing jasmine rice through the blender in large batches. Then I’ll just cook plain, add whey / cinnamon / salt / fruit / sometimes maple syrup. It’s my pre-workout meal and by far my favourite meal of the day. After watching your full day of eating, I’m real tempted to order up some Flavor gang.
I’ll definitely bring moving back to “ghetto COR” as I like to call it once the food focus comes down. The flavoured stuff is incredibly over priced and will only buy a bag as a treat in the future. As for now I’m on a mission to try every flavour. At the portions he’s feeding me should be on pace to accomplish that by the new year lol.

If you feel like splurging I’d recommend the chocolate cake from Elev8. As of now, that’s my favourite by a good stretch
 
Nobody like to eat cream of wheat? Bad reactions to wheat or something? So much cheaper too
I started eating it. Pretty sure you recommended it, but it could have been someone else in my food thread.

It's tastes like nothing, but so does plain chicken and rice, /shrug.
 
I’ve been curious to try it. I doubt it’s cheaper than COR. You can get a 50lbs bag of rice for like $35 and make your own COR.
Well i mean buying elevate or the other brands. Maling your own was something i considered but then i said fuck it ill just eat cream of wheat instead. Have regular rice otherwise made in multiple different ways.

Thought some people who haven't been following the YouTube videos would appreciate an update. I understand, they're long form and take time to sit through.

Currently 4 weeks post show.
Weighed in today at 211.2lbs, which is +20lbs from the day of the show.

Checked in with my coach today, I'm pleased with this look. Gym performance is sky rocketing, can't wait to get in there every session.

Weight actually came down over the past two days after being stable for about 4-5. More food added today. This is getting pretty insane, definitely the most I've ever had to eat. The actual offseason is probably going to be miserable lol. As for now appetite is fantastic.

Hey @BanditNOLIMIT - nice vid to watch. You were covering some of the supplement stack, in the vid, you are taking to help protect your health in the vid. Would you mind sharing the bottom half as I could not see it.
If you don't want to, respect that decision. I have an interest in the ability of Naruropathic / herbal protection and your blood work, all things considered, with the exception of the liver was surprising v. good. I have never seen the enzyme ALK Phos low and but you did mention constipation I believe. It can be an indicator of metabolism issues and nutrient absorption problems, but you are growing so I can't see it being an absorption issue. Based on your diet, I can't see how any of the deficiencies that can cause this to be low as the culprit. Is that an enzyme normally low in your blood work? I'm sure you know it can be an indication of potential issues with your bones/liver. I'm sure none of this is news to you as you are clearly in touch with your health/body.
Great log (again) and good for people who are interested in all facets of what it takes to compete. I'm amazed at the amount of protein you can eat without needing a gas mask. If I ate 400 grams, I'm not sure I could stand to be around myself lol.

I knew it!! I figured it was only a matter of time :) It works. Same for the diuretics and the cocktail to get vascularity like an anatomy chart combined with carb loading and slin on the next show. It looks like you can make a step to the Toronto Open in 1yr in the light heavies no problem on a clean bulk and that shredding you did just now. Hope it is this smoking diet with deca then experiment with some anadrol. It is amazing for veins. Next contest is the "break out" and heads up for all other competitors with allowing to qualify (if you pick the right show) for the Toronto Open the next year. In as a light heavy with a shock and see what happens. Your frame and genetics can handle a move to the win in the heavyweight division with one more year training. 20-25lbs hard in a year is possible but it's a bit costly.

As for the ALP, that’s the first time I’ve ever seen an abnormal result. Keep in mind the bloodwork was drawn 2 weeks after my show. My diet was definitely more restricted and lacking nutrients compared to now. Those numbers could be reflective of that.

As for the protein and digestion. I RARELY have gas. As mentioned in the video I take a fairly extensive list of measure to keep digestion in check. As for the protein specifically I believe Betaine HCL and digestive enzymes with all my meals helps tremendously
