M3 - 30g protein from whey iso, 100g COR, 85g banana, 14g mac nut butter

Increasing final 3 meals to 30P/125C/15F with the direction of ONLY solid fat sources. Nut butters, nuts, avo, dark chocolate, GF butter. NO OILS.

Maybe i am wrong, but wouldnt drinking 10 L of water in a day wash a good amount of electrolytes out of your body/muscle cells and make you look flatter?
