Been loading some food today, 2 meals in so far. Body seems to be ripping through it pretty quickly though. Just finished training and feeling pretty flat. My coach is flying in Thursday afternoon so we’ll have Thursday night and all of Friday to get a good idea of how much food I’m gonna need to fill out and stay full.

He’s thinking of adding in a small dose of anadrol Friday night to add some fullness if he thinks it’s appropriate
 
Body is ripping through the food today. Doesn't seem to be sticking

3x meals at 30P/100C/10F and I feel super flat, nothings firing.
5.5L fluid, 6g salt.

Increasing final 3 meals to 30P/125C/15F with the direction of ONLY solid fat sources. Nut butters, nuts, avo, dark chocolate, GF butter. NO OILS.

Aiming for 10L water today.

We have a rough plan for water for the remainder of the week, nothing set in stone, just an estimate:
Today - 10L
Tomorrow - 6L
Thurs - 3-5L
Friday - meal by meal
Saturday - ~1L before PJ
 
Whats the carb source?
Mostly rice/cream of rice with some honey & fruit

M1 & M2 - 100g chicken breast, 300g rice, 18g honey, 10g coconut oil, veg
M3 - 30g protein from whey iso, 100g COR, 85g banana, 14g mac nut butter
M4 - 100g chicken breast, 385g rice, 18g honey, 100g avocado, veg

M5 & M6 TBD. Probably going to incorporate some potatoes into atleast M6.

I wonder if the food not sticking has to do with Reta.
 
Other than the salt you mention, are you taking any other electrolytes?
Maybe i am wrong, but wouldnt drinking 10 L of water in a day wash a good amount of electrolytes out of your body/muscle cells and make you look flatter?

No additional electrolytes other than what I'm getting from food sources.
I'm sure I'm flushing alot of electrolytes. I know water loading like this is common coming into a show so I'm just letting my coach call the plays and I'm running em! Not the time for me trying to be over analytical.
 
You added in the letro aswell recent so that could make you "feel" flat. Crushing estrogen isnt a fun time even though the results look good.
 
3 days out.

Weight - 186.6 (-1.0lbs)

Body doing some crazy shit I’ve never experienced before. Didn’t expect to wake up lighter after all that food.

Had a good restful sleep, gut feels great, waist feels tight.

Checked in with coach, wants 25P/150C/15F for M1.

Sending check ins 60 mins after M1 with less than 1L fluid.
