ABMonkey: Go time

Day 26
Pin day. All went well.

Sex drive is definitely more obvious, mrs commented. Thinking about it a lot. Pumps are there and feeling full. Feel good and handling situations calmer. We are heading into week 4 which I'm looking forward to.

Training and diet is going well. Have a glass of wine on weekend and that is only alcohol consumption.

Doing E2bloods on Monday, plan on starting low dose adex.

All going well, no negatives to report.
 
Day 28

Weight: 214lbs
BP: 127/74

Pin day - first vial finished and no waste. Trained chest/shoulders in the gym. Sadly no yoga at the moment as weekends are hectic now with increased work schedule and hunting season fast approaching.

Weight is same as last week which I expected and could feel. I'm glad as the week previously was a bit sloppy with diet so this week was much tighter and more on it with cardio. Body composition is slowly changing.

Took E2 bloods this morning so should have results by end of week. Holding off with AI till then.
 
Day 29
Back day.

I did notice yesterday I was quite grumpy and mood was a bit off. Don't know whether its related or I'm probably just being hypercritical of anything that happens now. Haha. We'll see what E2/FSH/LH come back at.
 
So due to work schedule changing, I'll miss this Fridays pin and will have to do it Saturday morning/afternoon. Will it be ok to switch this permantly so its Mon afternoon/Sat morning or is that too long of a stretch to be doing every week?

Are you running test E ? If so zero issue.
 
Day 30
Legs.

Bit of a shitty day in the gym. I finished workout but really wasn't in the mood... was tired upon arrival there and felt like energy was low so didnt push the same amount of weight. Might be something to do with the fact that I dont really enjoy leg day all that much. Sleep has been good getting 9hrs+ a night but I'm still working nights so that's why may be lagging a bit. Going to see a DR this weekend or next week to see about getting Modafinil on Rx as caffeine isn't quite cutting it and I don't fancy running ephedrine all year round.

Mentally pretty good but have noticed a few little moody spells (probably increased test as opposed to high E2 as no bitchiness or stressiness). Really no biggy and me just looking into things to closely. Still haven't started an AI, holding off till E2 comes back. I must say libido is sky high for me right now.

Have been sticking to diet but spoke to FM about increasing pre workout meal volume to which that is now going to happen.

All going well aside from that, rock and roll!
 
Day 32 - Nearly the weekend!!!

Trained arms yesterday and chest/shoulders today. Two great workouts with a PR today. I am monitoring strength gains but it's not a priority. I think I'm actually starting to see some composition changes but very slight at the moment. No cardio today.

Had a cheat meal yesterday but diet still on track.

Pin day tomorrow again, then as of next week will be back to Mon-Fri pin schedule. Feel off pinning on a Saturday because so used to it being Friday. Still waiting on E2 results but no sides to report of as of yet.

Libido is high and confidence is above average. Mood is good 99% of the time but do get slightly more irritated in my head at things.. the fact that I haven't practiced yoga in 2 weeks and have been working a lot will be the main contributor to that.
 
If you aren’t able to get an RX for Modafinil, I’ve used a good source online a few times with success. They have their own raws they cap as well as legit Modafinil and Armadafonil. Will post link if given the go ahead

Day 35 - start of week 5
2 more pins down.

Weight: 214.2
Weight has not changed again and seems to have stalled. Reviewing cal intake and diet with FM this evening. Still lean and putting muscle on it seems.

BP: 127/64

All going well. Trained once over the weekend, a hard back day and took the other days to prepare for hunting and get some needed rest. Composition changes are happening to some extent but nothing major. Mentally still the same as listed above but libido is still high.

Will be having a few big days at the gym this weekend as I will be out of the gym more due to other commitments.

Still waiting for E2 results. No AI as of yet and no signs of elevated estro.
 
Day 36
Chest + Triceps. Had to mix workouts around a bit due to commitments this week. Good session.

Have a bunch of stuff that I have to resist from throwing into the mix. I have Tbol, Proviron and Anavar. I would consider throwing the anavar in towards the end but I only have like 2 weeks worth. Any point? I should just stick to test since its first cycle.

You only get one shot at a clean test only first cycle bud. Personally I would stick with that so you don't have any confounding factors that muddy the waters when you are looking at what happens when you come off and during PCT.

TLDR(LOL)- clean data is hard to come by, stick with T only - play the long game.....
