5th pin, all good..tad more pain during injection but no concern. Should maybe move further away from other injection site.

Pre cycle bloods are in:
Test: 19.70nmol/l (range 7.6-31.4)
SHBG: 45nmol/l (16-55)
Free Andro Index: 43.80 (24-108)
Oestradiol: 91pmol/l(0-192)

Pre bloods look good?
 
Day 14

Weight: 210lbs

I overate last week increasing total cals too much + consuming to much protein. With the help of Funnyman diet has been corrected and dropped down. Quick back session in the gym today and then an hr of yoga. Definitely stronger in the gym. Got a bunch of PR's yesterdays chest day.

Realised used UK measurements for bloods as they were done in the UK.

T - 567ng/dl
E2 - 24pg/ml
 
When I got my test done the first time it came back as nmo/l it was also around 19. When I got the sheet the second time, this time from the pharmacist, I just ticked everything else I wanted once he signed it.
 
Day 14

That is a good baseline to have for your records. Those numbers are pretty close to mine on 100mg Test per week.

Day 15
Tiny bit of pip from yesterdays pin, it's only noticeable if sitting down for long periods. No issue whatsoever.

Trained arms today. The pump is definitely there and feeling stronger, libido is still up but nothing crazy. Overall feeling good and no signs of high E2. Think I'm going to run first set of bloods at the end of next week (will be end of 3rd week). I'm thinking that will then give me the answer to whether or not I need to start using Adex?

Have also been monitoring BP regularly and its staying pretty normal.
 
Yes, thought it might be wise to see what e2 &T levels are like prior to cycling and to know where I need to be back at after PCT.

Also good later in life to know what your normal levels looked like so when they start to decline you will know

So have a TINY bit of pip from 5th pin, just a little bump which if I'm sat on it becomes a little bit tender. Certainly no biggy and nothing to worry about.

Have noticed that sweating has increased both doing cardio and yoga. Strength is up but nothing crazy. Feel like I could be holding a bit of water but this could be down to slight increase in cals as I was fairly lean before.
 
Day 17
Considering reverting back to my old training program or jumping to a different JM one. I'm doing 'The Sentinel' right now and not particularly enjoying it... enjoy being in the gym for the time but am not 'feeling' the program. Still highly motivated, lots of energy just dont feel this particular program is right for me. Anyone have any thoughts?

On the test front: Overall feel pretty good, more stamina in the gym and definitely sweating a lot more. Libido is slowly creeping up, sleeping really good and certain things agitate me a little more.. no biggy though.

6th pin went fine, though seems to be getting more painful initially..maybe hitting to close to the same spot or tensing up? Real PIP to report as of yet.

Went back to training routine that Funnyman made for me. Much better.. a lot of it is based on Dorian Yates' style - lots of droplets and rest pause and feel like I can push harder.

Weight is up 8lbs since the start, though I think I can attribute most of this to water. Still feeling stronger but am not feeling the crazy strength/big boost in endurance yet. I think about sex more, libido is up but definitely nowhere near the point of 'running to the bathroom to pull one off'. Overall wellbeing and mental state is good.

I'm going to run an E2 test at the end of this week. Unfortunately I did not order a Total T or T test so will be just E2. Figured that was most important to see whether I need to introduce an AI. No signs of high E2 whatsoever: Blood pressure is in range, no bloating, can still close hands, no tits to speak of and no itchy nipples.

Training is going well and much happier on my own routine; As much as I love John Meadow's programs I just couldn't get into The Sentinel.

Food for thought: your starting E2 was 25 pg/ml. 28 is the mark my TRT Dr insists on an AI as she sees too many negatives after that. Everyone is different but I hit 28 once and that was from a small 10mg weekly increase. You say you have gained 8lbs all water (No bloat?)

I know you did not ask for advice but low dosage ai will likely give you cleaner gains. Why gain water? How quickly will you get the E2 Blood Work?

Yeah, you're right. I'm going to send bloods away at the end of this week. When you say low dose, would you run .5mg E3D or .25 E3D?

Honestly others on here have WAY more experience with AI than me who can chime in and advise better but my logic would be to start small and work up. (I am currently doing an experiment to assess how I react to aromasin)

So due to work schedule changing, I'll miss this Fridays pin and will have to do it Saturday morning/afternoon. Will it be ok to switch this permantly so its Mon afternoon/Sat morning or is that too long of a stretch to be doing every week?
 
Day 23
I am noticing a significant increase in libido and find myself thinking about sex a lot more now. Haha. Sense of well being is quite high and feel calmer but able to handle irritations better. I don't think any of these things are placebo given we are halfway through week 3. Week 4 is when things get juicy, or so I've been told. Bring it on.

As I noted above work commitments have changed so Friday noon pin has been changed to Saturday noon. Also means I'll be missing a yoga session as I'll be away.

Going to introduce Adex with next pin also. Going with .25mg EOD to start and will monitor from there - I was going to do E2 test this week but given that I'm starting adex will push it back to week 6 to see where E2 is at with a low-moderate dose of an AI. I'm hoping introducing an AI will help keep me lean(ish) and I dont see anything negative to introducing it at a small dose other than associated sides of arimidex which I can live with. Once again will monitor with bloodwork.

Training is going well, feeling strong & good endurance but as noted before..nothing crazy yet. DB press is up 5lbs along with increases in accessory lifts. Nutrition has been going well, all thanks to the main man!

That's fine. Optimal? Maybe not but remember that tons of guys seem to get by just fine with only once a week.

I am still not convinced that some variation away from steady levels is a problem but personally when the dose gets past true TRT levels I advocate for very frequent injects (often daily) so as to avoid the high peaks that result in higher E conversion. Obviously that is not for everyone either for various reasons though.

Another advantage of high frequency and the steadier levels is that it makes it much easier to dial in any anti E compounds when E is a concern.

I cant remember where you are at with any E issues but if you are symptom free I wouldnt be in a rush to add anything before you have bloods proving the need.

IME - 1mg/week Adex or 12-25mg Asin in divided doses per each 100mg/week of T is a good starting point for most guys on a cycle in the range of say 250-750/week of T if E is in a problematic high range.
