Training:
Really good week. Strength just keeps going up and doesnt seem to be plateauing - I am for sure pushing that bit harder as I know I'm on cycle and theres no excuse. Last week at work this week then off for 3 weeks so will be able to spend more time in the gym and get more stretching/yoga/cardio in.
Physical:
Took pictures again this morning. Good progress has been made since week 5 and measurements continuing to grow also. "Achey" joints and muscles Friday - Sunday though I will touch on this below. Failing to get super tired at the gym which is great.
AAS/Ancillaries
- HCG @ 250iu every pin day. Will push this to 250 MWF when work finishes up. Missed last Friday's HCG 250iu pin. Now have HG HCG so dosing should not be an issue
- Arimidex @ .25mg EOD.Dropped. So as mentioned above I'm attributing the achey joints/muscles and dry lips down to low E2. Appreciate that it's incredibly hard to pinpoint E2 without BW but it's just a feel I had - given my BW at week 5 shows that E2 had hardly budged at all I'm willing to drop the adex and let it climb a little bit.. given HCG shouldn't increase it all that much. Guess you will find out through testing, not a given but man you are doing a great job of approaching this all. Normally one of the golden rules is only using one thing at a time but the amount of testing and the way you are timing it should provide more valuable info than most guys who stuck to that rule but didn't do BW. Bravo, I hope a lot of first timers see your thread and take a similar approach, it's a great example If BW from week 9 trough rolls in and shows really elevated E2 I will start adex @ .25 E3.5D. No achey joints or muscles today + skipped usual adex dose. Possibly placebo at this point.
Other comments
- Still waiting on week 9 bloods
- Plan to run 16 weeks (unless bloods are atrocious)
- More bloods for week 13/14 + PCT
- PCT is going to be 6 weeks, Nolva @ 20x6
