What's your blood pressure today?

Post workout BP hence RHR a little higher but still good. Expected it to increase a little with Boldenone anyway.

Very good numbers.
Which supplements do you take and any meds?

I average 125/70 with a RHR of 62.
6’2 220 lbs.

When I was 250 lbs on a blast I would be 160/90.

This is where I’m coming in at every day now.
I believe the nasal decongestants I was using almost every day was increasing my blood pressure.

Morning sir, No meds of any kind other than pain meds that I rarely need for bones spurs, back and neck injuries (not weight lifting related except I did hurt my neck doing skull crushers with too much weight/too quick. That healed but I hurt it practising other sports.
I take Nigella Sativa 500 to 2000 mg a day depending on how much I need. Right now, I don't need more than 500 mg a day. I also believe Carleson's fish oil has a big impact too - DHA and EPA content is the key and quality fish oil. I will take as much as I need plus it acts like a mild aspirin for joint pain, and has a host of health benefits. Only negative I ever read was a very small study of people taking a lot of fish oil and they developed fish oil but nobody explored other factors like diet, exercise, etc.
I am cutting right now with diet - nothing else, and my BP is great with TRT dosages of test and 150 mg-200 mg of Boldenone. I would not be OK with my BP being 160/90 - plus what is your RHR? I don't care how hard you blast (not you anyone), your BP can be controlled with medicinal drugs or natural supplements which have been proven to work as good as medication, cardio, increased water intake, etc.
Higher BP over multiple blasts may damage your kidneys and there is no healing your kidneys if the damage is bad enough. Many would say that isn't that bad, but I would be off everything but TRT is my BP went up to that numbers long term (months).

Just an opinion - everyone should make up their own mind. People pay attention to their BP, and don't always look at their RHR which is often 100 BPM. No one should have a heart working that hard on a long term basis. Is it good to make your heart work short term for cardio -sure but not while you are sitting for an hour watching TV.

All the best,
GR

I measured my blood pressure one around 90/60 and I felt so weak almost like I was about to pass out.
My wifes blood pressure has always been like that. She feels fine. And you should see the copious amounts of salt she eats. I wonder what it would be like if she ate less salt, lol.

Very impressive. Her resting heart rate is probably like 50 lol

I really need to do more cardio…
My blood pressure was rising and I prioritized cardio and in about 6 weeks it dropped back down to normal. Plus I started to lean out a bit without any diet change.

So double win.

Did you end up using that service where they come to your house and give you a medical phlebotomy

Yep but only dropped it for a week or two.

But I did feel better after.

I think the combination of not using any nasal decongestants mixed with cardio, reduction in salt (better diet) has contributed.

I have also lost about 10 lbs in the last 2 months. Averaging 1/2 to 1 lb a week. I have also lost goal weight, I should hit it by the second week in July, then I’ll do a small amount of tren, up my protien and when I visit my family at the end of August I should look really good.

I only check BP at London Drugs at their free test machine when I'm there for whatever other reason. I had a home BP tester but gave it away as I was OCD with checking way too often

Checked BP yesterday and it was 117/72 👍

Yeah and it fluctuates greatly.
I measure 3x with my at home monitor. One reading could be 138/70 the next 119/80 just minutes later lol

I account for this when I test. You need to be rested a few minutes to get an accurate reading

I sit down at the machine and hit the button right away for fun, never counting the first result as it is always around 135/80 or so as I've just been walking to get there. Then I time approx 2 min or so of just sitting there, relaxing, box breathing, etc, then hit the button and I'll get a decent reading under 120. Then I'll rest another min or two and hit it again just to be sure and it's usually consistant with the result before

My mom was saying you take 5 tests and don't count the first or last. Then what is left is your average.

That is what they did for my 90+ year old grandmother anyways.
