What's your blood pressure today?

Nothing wrong with that heart rate
78? You don't consider that a bit high for a man who is "in decent shape" ? Without searching I have it in my mind that @Quap555 is in decent shape, but maybe not.

I don't want to derail the thread from the purpose it serves so I'll start a new one, I'll welcome all y'alls comments there please and thanks.

That is where mine is lots of times and I think I'm in pretty good shape??

Very good numbers.
Which supplements do you take and any meds?

I average 125/70 with a RHR of 62.
6’2 220 lbs.

When I was 250 lbs on a blast I would be 160/90.
I'd shit my pants if my blood pressure was consistently 160/90. I was at 135-140/86 for a while and I lost weight and dropped my salt intake and brought it back down to the 120's and I'm on 500 mg of test right now.

I consider it high
I know they say up to 100 but personally I like to start with a 6 and I usually do. I’m in pretty good shape, lean, do a lot of cardio and eat meticulously clean. I find if I drink caffeine before I take it even up to a few hours it shoots it a lot higher

That’s good. I stay in the 115-125 / 65-80 range on 500mg test or less.
Orals will bring me to 135-140/70 even low doses.

Second mug of coffee this AM reading and watching sports desk. On TRT and 150 mg of Boldenone. Supplements that may help BP and RHR - 2000 mg of Nigella Sativa, 8 pills of high dose EPA/DHA Carleson's cod liver oil (4 AM / 4 PM with meals), and vitamin K. Suspect the changed diet helps as well. Took three readings - BP was approximately the same each time - RHR was between 46-49. This is just slightly lower than my normal RHR.IMG_5152.jpg

Are you younger or older. When I was young I could eat 125 mg of ephedrine and get 115/70, now in my 50’s I have to be more careful.
I am in my 30’s. I’m quite sensitive to things like sodium and I can feel when my blood pressure is elevated especially when it’s nearing 140+ on systolic.

You take telmistartan?
No, I tried it once when it was getting high, while on a bunch of npp, but I quickly realized that fasted cardio for me drops it right down back to the current range within a few weeks at most.

I seem to get away with a lot, but as long as I keep my morning walking routine in, it stays healthy. I just do about 30 - 40 minutes most days. "Fasted" likely has nothing to do with it, that's just the way I like it.

For some reason I had thought I seen you mention you took it

Agreed - did you start a new thread on this topic?

107/60 - HR 54
250 test, 100 primo, 3iu gh currently

185lbs 5'7, 8% body fat after summers cut, mid 30's. An hour of cardio per day split

The goal is to stay as close to 110/60 or even 100/60 without hypotensive symptoms for the best cardiac and longevity outcome. So long as your mean arterial pressure is above 60mmhg you organs will be happy 😊
