Very good numbers.
Which supplements do you take and any meds?
I average 125/70 with a RHR of 62.
6’2 220 lbs.
When I was 250 lbs on a blast I would be 160/90.
Morning sir, No meds of any kind other than pain meds that I rarely need for bones spurs, back and neck injuries (not weight lifting related except I did hurt my neck doing skull crushers with too much weight/too quick. That healed but I hurt it practising other sports.
I take Nigella Sativa 500 to 2000 mg a day depending on how much I need. Right now, I don't need more than 500 mg a day. I also believe Carleson's fish oil has a big impact too - DHA and EPA content is the key and quality fish oil. I will take as much as I need plus it acts like a mild aspirin for joint pain, and has a host of health benefits. Only negative I ever read was a very small study of people taking a lot of fish oil and they developed fish oil but nobody explored other factors like diet, exercise, etc.
I am cutting right now with diet - nothing else, and my BP is great with TRT dosages of test and 150 mg-200 mg of Boldenone. I would not be OK with my BP being 160/90 - plus what is your RHR? I don't care how hard you blast (not you anyone), your BP can be controlled with medicinal drugs or natural supplements which have been proven to work as good as medication, cardio, increased water intake, etc.
Higher BP over multiple blasts may damage your kidneys and there is no healing your kidneys if the damage is bad enough. Many would say that isn't that bad, but I would be off everything but TRT is my BP went up to that numbers long term (months).
Just an opinion - everyone should make up their own mind. People pay attention to their BP, and don't always look at their RHR which is often 100 BPM. No one should have a heart working that hard on a long term basis. Is it good to make your heart work short term for cardio -sure but not while you are sitting for an hour watching TV.
All the best,
GR
