What’s the One Supplement You Actually Swear By?

Most supplements are overrated, but every once in a while, you find one that actually makes a real difference.

For me, it’s glutamine. It’s been a game-changer for healing my gut, and on top of that, it completely prevents me from going hypo if my insulin dose isn’t dialed in right. I didn’t expect it to help that much, but now I won’t go without it.

Some guys swear by creatine, others can’t live without electrolytes or intra-workout carbs.

What’s the one supplement you actually stand by, and why?

L Arganine I always can and have counted on it for a greart pump in the gym 1000 mg pre-workout. I dont use creatine or pre-workouts, BCAA's, EAA's. Just oatmeal, black coffee and a protein shake.

If I add 2IU GH, 10mg Cialis pump lasts an hour or longer post workout.

One thing you folks have taught me is; for me, less is more and simple is best.

I’m the same way—I like to keep my pre-workout supps simple. A little pink salt, potassium, and a sugar-free Red Bull, and I’m good to go!

I have a pretty comprehensive supplement stack so it's hard to just pick one. But as of late I really like taurine. It has some pretty similar effects to HCG among other things and it's inexpensive.

Brother, throw in some vitamin D, and we’ve got the four musketeers!
I'll also add to that zinc l-carnosine! Zinc is essentially for a lot of body functions and helps keep up healthy during the cold winter. The zinc l-carnosine also has the added bonus of helping with gut health.

Vitamin C is also a must for me to keep the viruses away. I might have to reduce the amount I take though cause my ferritin levels are high. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Punany
Ive been taking punany multiple times per week, sometimes even multiples times per day since i was 13. Makes me feel mentally and physically great. Comes in all different sizes, strengths, flavors. Great addition to any lifestyle. Stacks very well with test, proviron and even tren. I usually store mine in the kitchen and bedroom. Most effective at room temperature imo.

Have you tried citrulline malate? Its a precusir to arganine and blows it out of the water imo. You have to use alot more thou

If I have to pick one, it would be melatonin. Being a shift worker for 8 years, my circadian rhythm and any sort of normal sleep cycle is long gone. It’s nearly impossible to achieve “optimal” sleep quality living on this type of schedule, but melatonin has certainly allowed me to get as close as possible.
