Do you have high blood pressure?

I checked my blood pressure yesterday. I got a reading of 117 over 70. I almost couldn't believe it i did it again. This is on 500mg test e, 300mg primo and recently added 50mg anadrol a day. I have better blood pressure now than before I even started gear. Gotta be the cardio and clean diet keeping me from retaining tons of fluid. Meditation helps too.

Depends if I take my ADHD meds. If I do it could get as high as 140/90 which is pretty fuckn bad if you ask me. Than the next morning, I would wake up at 127/79 without any BP meds. Stims is pretty fuckn bad
That sucks I'm on adhd meds too. I usually have 3 coffees a day with them because the slow release doesn't really give you any energy I find. I've actually quit the meds before just so I could enjoy coffee but now I'm trying the other way I'm down to one a day. If I stop the meds I do dumb impulsive things and start hating my job more and more. It's not great for me financially lol

I do agree with you at this point man. That ADHD drugs give us a mood enhancement, plus the energy to go through a rough day. It also helps on the small things like not forgetting where you put your keys. You just build a tolerance quickly and the dose become less powerful and you take more and more. Doesn’t help when you have an esxcessive personnality. But I get you on all points man, without the meds I wouldn’t do that much 16 hours shift. I take days off and some supplement to help with dopamine and brain function lol.

Add in black seed oil (stole this idea from Goldenrod) 500 mg twice a day and you will likely be around 120. Also daily hysbiscus tea works well.
Bought both on Amazon.
Thanks for sharing... im gonna give this stuff a try. Do you know if theres a significant difference between capsule vs. oil form? Maybe @Goldenrod can weigh in? I'm getting pretty frustrated with trying to manage BP. It's not astronomically high, but higher than I'd like it. Especially considering I'm using an ARB...

At this point I'm kinda willing to try anything to move the needle even a little bit.

What is an ARB?

There's a supplement I learned about fro.. Dusty hanshaw called carditone by ayush labs. He said he learned about it from dante and hasn't had to ever take BP meds in his life since finding this.

That carditone lowers my BP more than taking 3 different BP drugs at once. Very I impressive stuff.
Not cheap bc it's impossible to find in Canada. EBay is usually Ur best bet.

I'm a firm believer that if Ur taking gear u should be on telmisartan even if you don't have high bp.

@Synyster - carditone has been around for ages. It is on most lists of necessary supplements. I think I saw it first around 4 years ago by WOD on CJM. I have never used it as I haven't had to but people speak well of it. I use Nigella Sativa and never needed it but if I did, that would be the next one I looked for.

Agreed... However these days most people go straight to BP meds and overlook carditone.

Personally, I got a far larger BP drop from carditone than the 6 bp meds I've tried over the years.

How long until you notice its effects and do you use the recommended dosage of one a day?

Mainly I wonder if people with high BP can always control it with diet and cardio or if you get it is medication inevitable
without supplements my blood pressure is categorically low.

on test or deca or tBol i am fine with no increase in blood pressure. but these cycles fail to give me the gains i want.

so i run tren 700-1200mg/wk depending on the cycle. i am a big fan of primobolan 700mg/wk. winstrol is my go-to oral compound 50mg/day. These all give me high blood pressure. my GP gives me pills to control the blood pressure because he knows its only temporary for the weeks i am cycling. if i had the money i'd stay on gh for another 4 years, but that too raises my blood pressure beyond 4iu's/day.

diet MUST be under control.

2x each day split cardio GOTTA happen.

i am currently off cycle and my blood pressure is low (it is a family trait). i do not drink coffee or other stims so getting started in mornings is slow. and at work my performance cannot compare to my colleagues who use caffeine. the workplace had to get used to my slow but steady approach to my work because i am not amp'd up on coffee or pepsi or whatever by 7am when work starts.
