What's your blood pressure today?

It takes my HR to 50-55 (that is three cups of coffee). If I take it before coffee - 45-50 so 5-10 points (for me). Like @Quap555 said, it doesn't impact my BP that much.

My heart rate has always been in the 70’s when I check my blood pressure.
So I googled if shorter people had higher heart rates and there were studies showing this.

It takes less time for our blood to circulate, and hearts are smaller so we have a higher heart rate.

We also have a lower risk of blood clots, and if you had 2 people that lived similar lifestyles one was taller and one shorter, the shorter person has a lower CVD risk.

Yea being short.

Not terrible, I was a little agitated as you can see from the HR, was running around playing with the cat first thing, but the other two readings were about the same. Normally anything under 120 keeps me happy.

Bonus Hemoglobin and Hematocrit reading from yesterday. I can do a review on this machine if anyone is interested, I've been keeping track of the readings and comparing them to blood tests, and same day blood donations. Learned a few things about Hematocrit and taking readings from a nurse along the way...

Anyway, I was at 55% back in early Sept after an EQ and Anadrol bender, and managed to get it down below 50 with lowering test and some other things.

54 years old, 5'11", 32" waist, 207 lbs this morning. BF% I have no idea. I'm about the same as in my avatar pic, so...12ish? Feeling pretty good these days

Cheers everyone, stay healthy.

Where did you get your hematocrit meter? Id love to get one but most ive looked at are supposedly inaccurate.

Just on Amazon, but I did a fair bit of research on the tech itself rather than looking at reviews of devices purchased , because it seems most people don't understand what instructions are or how to use basic devices.. 🙄

So, I'll write up some things and findings about this meter and hematocrit testing in general and post it today. 👍

Own a machine almost identical to that one, just an older version.

110/61/55 this is averaged out over the past 2 months on mass phase cycle 825 test 700 primo slin on high carb days and 8 units of growth per day taken before bed.

123/70
Currently on Week 14
400 Test
200 DHB
150 Primo
300 EQ

Also taking
20mg Cardarine ED
20mg SLU PP 332 ED
25mcg T3 ED
5mg Cialis PWO

Difference from this cycle compared to others (one cycle I remember having 165/110 consistently,) is doing a ton of cardio and taking low dose atenolol for migraines (which also aids BP of course.)
