What's your blood pressure today?

Well finally.. 113/79, 68bpm

Not sure if its the deca that triggeres higher bp but prolactin was higher then normal and so I think its all related.

Now started low dose primo instead of low dose deca and feel much better.. Still find odd that only 75mg/week of deca would double my prolactin and cause bp issue..

Today 130/74 64bpm at 05:30 before coffee, pre-workout meal and the gym. Leg day then 2nd breakfast and the airport. Leaving Chiang Mai headed back to Udon Thani. Thailand is good for me so much sun, fresh fruit and vegetables. Just more energy and much better rest.

I remember in my 20’s I could take 100 mg of ephedrine, walk over to the blood pressure machine at Shoppers, not rest or anything and get 118/72 on average. Never took it when I was not on coffee or anything, likely was pretty low then.

Now in my 50’s, no coffee, and rest before hand for 5 minutes to get in the 120’s, lol.

Just went to shoppers. Now before donating first reading would be 160ish/90 today was 132/82
My lowest number (I usually do 3 tests) before donating was 154/86 today a bit over a week after donating 124/73.

Damn that made a huge difference.

I always expect a higher number at Shoppers because I just walk over, sit down and do it, so no calming time.

So back to normal blood pressure.

Also to note, I have not been taking any fish oil, or black seed oil (actually not really taking any supplements since I donated), because I wanted a true reading of what donating was going to do for me. I am quite pleased.

In the future, I will set up donations once I notice my blood pressure creeping up into the higher 120's

Well pre cycle I was 117/79 so quite good. I'm 5 weeks in I think and I just increased the anavar from 10 to 15mg daily on Sunday, I feel those extra 5mg and I'm liking it but yesterday I got 2 nose bleeds and even in each nostril, I checked bp today, 128/81 128/82. I ordered a machine from Amazon today also so I can keep monitoring from home where I'm more relaxed.

Most doctors wouldn’t even flinch at these numbers. I doubt the BP increase is what’s causing your nose bleeds. Mines been much higher without having nose bleeds.

Mine has too it was a concern when my cycle is reaching peak concentration and I increased the oral dose a few days prior. I was working in a dusty new construction area yesterday and that could have been a factor for the nosebleed.

30 minutes cardio 6 days a week does wonders for my blood pressure and rhr. The dusty environment is your most likely culprit, I’d think.

My rhr is usually around 80. I should do more cardio. Mine is higher than yours even when I'm sleeping. Do you do a lot of running or something?
I see people with good BP and RHR's in the 80-100 plus range and they also take stims which increase it more. On a long term level, I don't think this is not great but the average RHR is 60-100. Our GP, after years of no doc, is over 60 and old school. My better half has a resting HR of 80 and a higher diastolic number in the 70-90 range. He wanted to put her on beta blockers, and a diuretic. I asked her to ask him about a trial of quality fish oil and black seed oil and he didn't recommend either so she picked up the meds and didn't take either as she was getting retested in 2 weeks once on the meds. She is only 115 lbs so 500 mg once a day of Nigella Sativa and 1500 mg combined of DHA and EPA from Carleson's, and up the BSO twice a day if needed. After a few weeks, her RHR dropped to 70 consistently and her diastolic is around the same all the time. She does more cardio than I do. Never had to take the meds and told the doctor, he said to keep doing what she was doing.
No, I don't do a lot of running or any cardio at the gym but my diet is healthy - full of healthy fats - nuts, seeds, fish, fish oil, berries, vegetables and fruit, full of anti-inflammatory foods like pineapple and raw ginger, don't eat sugar or any boxed food, try to get a variety of protein sources from plant and animal.
Long story short - I will never be seen on a machine doing cardio or running. I walk my dogs and spend hours training my pack weekly. The latter is not cardio but it is work training protection.
Other than that, I have a heavy bag, and BOB and spar for fun - if no injuries, I make sure I spent 30 min twice a week doing one of three. I don't do it as much as I would like to due to work being so demanding. My business is not physical in the least.

If you look back at the log my RHR was in the 70's and is now high 40's when not drinking coffee but most often I take it in the morning when guzzling coffee and it is in the low 50's. I suspect more diet, few supplement related than cardio.
Apologies for the long response but it isn't a one line response or I could just say, no I don't run or bike like periods lol.

132/78 was my average as i hovered at 245 lbs last 3 months of 2024
Started tesa, tirz, and cleaner eating jan 1 2025
Down to 195 lbs 4 months later
113/70 has been my average over the month of april 2025
Not sure if its just the weight loss or the tesa and tirz helping but the blood pressure is much better 👌
I also switched test inj instead of every week then to every 4 days and finally its been eod inj since January and that seem best.
