105/68 HR 57 before coffee
those numbers are in the ideal range and not too low. A low resting HR is a good thing - my short 15 minute walks a day for the last months brought it down considerably. Both the systolic and diastolic numbers would have to go down considerably lower to be considered low BP.Damn.
So you are borderline dead, lol.
I wonder if there is a low point that is bad.
My wife is low like that. Super low resting heart rate, but she does an hour of hiit cardio every day.
I'm taking this idea from another board and find it really good.
High bp is a silent killer, so be sure to check it often.
--- '' I'm creating a thread to post your daily BP measurements to (hopefully) keep people accountable to make sure they are checking.
I expect a decent level of participation since this is something everyone here should be checking. '' ---
Also every things you do to keep this in range could/should be add in your post to help each others.
Right now : 117/67 HR 68
On 500mg Test/300mg DHB, no real cardio
Supps used : Fish oil and 6.25mg Cialis ED
So what's your BP today?
I have a wrist BP and hr monitor, today I took it and it was 119/77 67 hr . I usually check it in the morning when I get up. it is a great measure of your cardiovascular healthI'm taking this idea from another board and find it really good.

I weigh about 250 so I am not small, My highest was 283 about 15 years ago when I was right into Powerlifting. I am on no bp meds at all. I found when I did gear my hr and bp increased, hr about mid eightys and the bp around 140/ 85, I am not doing any gear at the moment. I have always been large. I go about 3 to 4 rounds of 3 mins on the wave bag each day and I think that keeps my hr lower and bp in check. I do speed deadlifts daily 3 - 5 set of 3 - 5 reps right now with 225-315lbs in weight My diet is pretty good … I stick to meat ...veggies, eggs, yogurt and pizza . I am in maintenance mode right now.I have a few questions. Are you still big?
Did you find as you bulked or got bigger you bp increased?
Are you on bp medication?
And do you do a fair bit of cardio?
