What deca protocal can I use? Knee arthritis.

37 male, currently on 425 mg weekly of test. Mass is building up and I think it causes knee arthritis ( diagnosed by gp and xrays done today ) . In 2 months I went from 232 to 253 so im sure this is putting preasure on my joint. Looking to counter it mid cycle. Whats the best protocol for using deca for joint issues? This is the first time knees issues have been a problem for me.

You gained 21 lbs in two months on 425 mg of test? That is phenomenal or it is your first cycle/hyper-responder. Deca helps with pain and many people add in 50 mg a week to help with pain and it works but it does not fix the issue. If you have arthritis, there are only a few things that may 'fix' it and expect to empty your wallet. If you add 150 mg of deca to the test expect your weight to shoot up more. 150 mg of Deca and I will gain 10-15 lbs over 4 months. That is on top of TRT - I don't exceed 250 mg of combined PED's.

Per @Funnyman - good quality fish oil in higher dosage (start low and build up) helps with inflammation.
SAMe did as well as celebrex for arthritic pain in 2 weeks and is not a script supplement. I posted the study.
Glucosamine/chondroiten/MSM mix is known to help knee pain albeit you have to stick with it for a few months before you may see anything. Some people don't see much from it. I know people who can't go without it. @Oldguyjiujitsu - uses it and he finds it helps / I do too.
Another option is to drop the weight and work on being leaner. I get the size desire but are you getting paid to be 253 lbs? If additional weight is hard on your joints at 37 - think how it will be at 57. Just a consideration.
There are a lot of other herbs/supplements you can take that will help, happy to mention them if you want.

Best of luck as knee pain sucks.

Temper expectations with nandralone and joint relief. Symptom relief, if any, will be temporary only. Remember what nadralone does to potentially relieve joint point and, therefore it's limitations. The thought of throw some deca at my injury is short sighted. I can't say this is your perception, or it doesn't have some merit in certain circumstances. What I'm saying is know why you're doing it and assess to determine if it may help the situation you are in. This idea should be apply to all decisions when considering drugs to address issues. Whether they be symptom or actual cause.

Be aware that nandralone's benefits are not universal and can be exaggerated in many cases. And no doubt, subject to placebo effect.

If you're not already old, dry and inflammed, deca isn't truly helping anything joint wise. It doesn't address soft tissue inflammation pain, again unless it can relieve some friction and resultant inflammation. Already old, dry and inflamed? Different circumstances..... perhaps.

At 37, you may feel some benefits from the addition of nandralone, again - short term directly limited to use. However as @Goldenrod advised....if the known cause was the weight going on.....get that weight off, at least some. Weight gain like that isn't all going to be lbm.

You may patch job it short term....but the problem isn't going to go away by only addressing symptom, and not cause.

Ironically I started taking glucosamine/fish oil/magnesium years ago expecting joint pain. I was accualy much heavier 3 years ago with no joint pain. But leaning back down to 230 will probably be my next go to. It kinda sucks putting on mass only to find yourself needing to lean out.

I feel its weight related. Either way I'll probably try leaning out down to 230 again and hope it goes away. Im really happy with my improvements right now in the gym and didnt want it to come crashing down over joint pain. Im lifting more at 37 then I was in my 20s.
