What deca protocal can I use? Knee arthritis.

37 male, currently on 425 mg weekly of test. Mass is building up and I think it causes knee arthritis ( diagnosed by gp and xrays done today ) . In 2 months I went from 232 to 253 so im sure this is putting preasure on my joint. Looking to counter it mid cycle. Whats the best protocol for using deca for joint issues? This is the first time knees issues have been a problem for me.

Well a fact is fish oil helps, with arthritis.
I had many chats with my old chiropractor.
But you can take a low dose deca, I like about 150mg per week max.

Got lots from Costco but maybe i need to take more

Im on 125 Deca for joints. But im only a month in.
