thanks for the info - typical physical blood panel without much for hormone testing. Just checking your total and free test which is easy to manipulate. I am not saying game the system, I am saying if smaller loads and less enjoyment is related to the lower dosage I would discuss it. Your last doctor with that blood test would not have a clue if you blasted and stopped on time or increased your TRT especially with a short ester test product. If you end up with an endocrinologist and they see a great big man in front of them that does not look like a normal person who exercises - they aren't stupid and I have been accused of being on steroids multiple times and always say no. Even then, when the report would go to my GP and I would review it with them, it would state the patient claims not to have used/abused steroids in the past.
If you can get fixed up with a doc that cares great. Some TRT prescribed dosages are over 200 mg per week because the person requires it to 'feel normal'. Their bloods indicate they are a little higher than normal parameters but no one is alike and I believe you are a large guy so common sense says if a 160 lb guy needs 100 mg, if you are 260 - you will need more but some docs have a playbook that fits all and they use it.
My old doc did and I wanted more so like I said I just took my shot two weeks earlier than supposed to and then got bloods (T enanthate). He doubled my script when he called me. He was old school and never monitored my hormones, just my liver, kidneys, lipids, your typical physical blood tests.
Best of luck
