Just finishing up 'Gamma Bomb', one of his newer programs. It's been 12 weeks of pain and fun so far, I've learn't a lot. Started with one of his newer programs as their super detailed and littered with links to his YouTube throughout the program - which is great for exercise/form check.
Who else uses his programs and any recommendations for the next program I run? Will be taking a few weeks off after the completion of this one as off on holiday but when return will be knuckling down and lean bulking along with finally getting started with first cycle.
