I'm hoping folks will be able to keep this from derailing for a while so if you don't mind please try to keep your posts simple and short, at least for a while
There are a lot of old adages in and around the lifestyle we discuss here that for the most part seem to be accepted as fact, some probably just because they have been repeated so many times. I personally have a few that I disagree with, please post up any you don't buy into and why you disagree (if you feel the need to explain.)
I'll start:
Primo(or whatever AAS) is a waste unless you are very lean.
Why? I happen to think Primo and Var are the best tools in the box for getting lean.
GH(or whatever compound) needs to be run for a long time to do anything.
Why? Are you trying to tell me that a short run of whatever doesn't do anything?
I usually have a dozen or so of these in my head but that's all for now
