How long can you run Anavar?

Oh yea man that is true.. I totally forgot that. For all orals I take revive kidney and liver . To be safe . I judge also by my urine. For me personally I see how potent my urine is and I go off that if I don't do bloods .. Totally slipped. @gondar1 is right .. Thanks 😊
You mean you taste your urine lol Kidding I'm assuming your color.

I can’t remember where I heard or read about it. But apparently something like 10-20 mg anavar for a man long term is okay

Jabroni - that may be OK for some but I know first hand 10 mg of Oxandrolone for a few weeks will send my ALT and GGT through the roof. A few other liver enzymes were OK but keep in mind I was doing 10 mg (typical women's dose) and for a few weeks. We can't state these things without a caveat indicating everyone is different physiologically and you may already have pre-existing kidney or liver damage. Oxandrolone is excreted by the kidneys/metabolized primarily by the kidneys but there is no doubt it impact the liver for many.
Others can take 40-60 mg for 2 months and be fine. I know a gent who ran Oxandrolone for a year on a moderate dosage and he looked amazing and his blood work was fine during and when he stopped but no one can predict what that did to his liver or kidneys in 1,2 or 5 years.

Just something to consider.

I can see the point. Thanks Golden

About the test strips.. Can someone provide an Amazon link to the correct ones, please? I couldn't find the ones in the image posted earlier. There's lots and I'm not sure of the difference between all of them. And what are we looking for in terms of results? Im taking 25mg/day for 35 days. I had that and some Ostarine left over from previous so it's a small "drawer cleaning" cycle lol

Depends on the person. I’ve done 6 week cycles where my ALT and AST sky rocket.

I also finished a anavar in July which I took for 10 or 11 weeks and my numbers stayed in comfortable range. I was also knocking back NAC, Milk thistle and TUDCA.

Generally you want to stay off minimum the same amount you were on. The non reckless side of me would say double the amount of time. Generally it’s pretty safe. Good to keep in mind that blood work doesn’t give the tell all to what’s happening in the body but can give a pretty good idea.

Brother… that must of been why my creatinine was 13 times the amount it should have been.

I just thought the nurse was hitting on me with those numbers.
yeah a lil var, a lil creatine, a lil dehydration, a lil hard lifting can jack it up pretty good. If you were legit 13x the top of the range death is not out of the question for 3-4 different reasons and if it was that way for long then permanent kidney damage is almost a certainty.

My apologies. I made a mistake. I checked that blood panel again. It was my CK that was 13 times higher - which is a result of muscle breakdown. My creatinine was at 323 which is still not good.

You’re right. If my creatinine was 13 times higher I’d most likely be dead.
