If saturated fats were so bad, why is my chelostrol so low? I have been eating 4 eggs a day for a year and 1/2, eat red meat pretty much every day, and eat all the fat, skin and such.
What I don’t eat is copious amounts of carbs, which I believe is the biggest culprit.
Meat first then veggies and if room some carbs.
Like tonight’s dinner was 9 oz chicken breast with the skin, and a big helping of brussel sprouts soaked in butter, lol. No carbs, enough calories in the skin and butter so no carbs needed.
My mom and dad and both sides grandparents had highish cholestrol. so its not genetic To be as low as I am.
