Discussing Treatments and Strategies for Erection Dysfunction

I agree for sure but I think I read somewhere calcium scores aren't as usefull as previously thought I don't remember why but in canada I don't think we can even get them unless your scheduled for a surgery or something.
That's interesting, ill have to look into that. I thought calcium scores were pretty much the standard for seeing how much plaque someone has built up.

There's a few studies floating around. I think ChaseIrons (a youtuber) recently did his calcium score test and it came back with a result of 0 and he attributes it to his use of k2 or a supplement complex containing k2 and something called nattokinase.

Call me crazy but I'm really sceptical of anything coming out of the American Heart Association funded by big pharma. For years they demonized red meat, saturated fats and cholesterol and insisted low fat high carbohydrate diets were health promoting. We now have loads of obese people, including doctors themselves.
If saturated fats were so bad, why is my chelostrol so low? I have been eating 4 eggs a day for a year and 1/2, eat red meat pretty much every day, and eat all the fat, skin and such.
What I don’t eat is copious amounts of carbs, which I believe is the biggest culprit.
Meat first then veggies and if room some carbs.

Like tonight’s dinner was 9 oz chicken breast with the skin, and a big helping of brussel sprouts soaked in butter, lol. No carbs, enough calories in the skin and butter so no carbs needed.

My mom and dad and both sides grandparents had highish cholestrol. so its not genetic To be as low as I am.

I wondered this too, I think you have really good genetics though maybe it skipped a generation because you smoked also and still had low cholesterol. I don't smoke I do cardio and try to limit fats amd red meats and mine is still borderline high ish

Answer is in your Bible.
Abel offered meat and God was pleased. Cain offered carbs and God said WTF? 😂

Exactly. While i believe in a balanced diet, man i intentionally eat as little carbs as i need, even on a bulk. Protein and fats are where its at IMO

I might be going off the deep-end here but the medical establishment knew this, and were instead pushed to promote low fat high carb diets so people could eat their low fat oreos or whatever "guilt free", continue to get fat and unhealthy.

Look at the drugs that sell, statins, insulin, blood pressure meds etc. Theyre all associated with obesity and shit food. Sugar and refined carbs are so unsatisfying it leaves the consumer always wanting more. It's the perfect recipe for large scale consumption of garbage.

Take fibre every day, take 2 grams of fish oil, 200 mg coenzyme everyday.

The keep your carbs low.

It would have had to skip 2 generations.

My brother has higher cholesterol than me as well. My brother is not fat at all. None of my family was fat.

Most of the carbs I eat is in the form of junk food, like potato chips. My other main source of carbs would be rice. I not a big bread fan, only eat pasta maybe 2 times a month, maybe pizza once a month. I don’t eat out more than once a week,

I get a chuckle when people are sad they have to eat a traditional bodybuilder diet, I have always kinda eaten like that. I think its partly because I don’t eat because I like it, I eat because I need to.

You know what I think a cheat meal is? Triscuits and cheese with a slice of hot dry salami.

I believe on my last blood work my cholesterol was 2.1. The scale runs 2-5. Anything near 2 is outstanding.

I started taking a itty-bitty while ago just to see what the hype was prevalent, and contemporary I actually look cheeky to them before bed. They don’t knock me escape or anything, but they make it so much easier to chill and crumple asleep naturally. I’ve been waking up feeling nature more rested and not sluggish at all. Honestly, friendly of disposition I’d tried them sooner.
I removed your link - do not post links to places that sell products (please read the rules or ask @Taureau). It is hard to follow how your comments have anything to do with this thread such as it helps you sleep and, "I actually look cheeky to them before bed." I can appreciate if English isn't your first language but I don't see anything about ED issues and remedies in your post unless I missed it.

thanks,
GR
