Let's talk about erectile dysfunction (ED) remedies and tactics, of course. Men frequently experience erectile dysfunction, and there are several ways to treat it. Because ED might have medical, psychological, or lifestyle-related reasons, the ideal solution frequently combines several tactics. Here are some ideas for remedies and approaches:

1.Speak with a Medical Professional

It's critical to speak with a healthcare professional if you have chronic ED. They can suggest suitable therapies and assist in determining the underlying reason.

2. Changes in Lifestyle:

  • Diet and exercise: Keeping a healthy weight and engaging in regular exercise helps enhance blood flow and cardiovascular health, all of which are crucial for erectile performance.
  • Alcohol and Smoking: Reducing alcohol intake and giving up smoking can both assist with erectile dysfunction.
  • Reduce Stress: High amounts of stress might cause ED. Meditation and yoga are examples of relaxing practises that might be helpful.
3. Medications:

  • Prescription drugs: Drugs like Sildenafil-based Viagra, Tadalafil-based Cialis, and Vardenafil-based Levitra can improve blood flow to the penis and aid with erections. Under the direction of a doctor, these should be taken.
4. Therapies:

  • Psychological Therapy: Therapy or counselling can be helpful in treating underlying problems like anxiety or relationship concerns for ED with psychological reasons.
  • Hormone replacement treatment may be advised in conditions of hormonal imbalance.
5. Vacuum erection apparatus

  • VEDs are non-invasive devices that suck blood into the penis and generate a vacuum surrounding it to help with erections. You can use them with or without prescription drugs.
6. Penile Injections

  • To cause an erection, a drug called alprostadil can be injected directly into the penis.
7. Sperm implants

  • Surgically implanted devices can be an effective way to achieve and sustain an erection in extreme situations when other therapies are inadequate.
8. Natural Solutions:

  • Natural medicines like ginseng, L-arginine, or pomegranate juice might provide relief for certain men. The effectiveness of various treatments might differ, so it's crucial to talk to a healthcare provider before using them.
9. Interaction and Assistance:

  • It's crucial to be open with your spouse about your health and feelings. Having a partner's support may be quite helpful in managing ED.
10. Continual Checkups:

  • ED may occasionally be a symptom of a deeper medical issue, including diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Regular check-ups can aid in early detection and management of many illnesses.
To find the best course of action for your particular circumstance, it is crucial to consult carefully with a healthcare expert because what works for one person may not work for another. Additionally, have patience and have an optimistic outlook because ED may frequently be effectively controlled or treated with the correct techniques and assistance.

Okay I will bite. Let's discuss. Perhaps one or a few of us can help you with your ed. How long have you had ed, what's your age, and lifestyle. As you can see from your post there is help available.

This is great - id add L-citruline as a good natural supplement. Rock hard bucko.

Typically the first sign of cardiovascular disease is actually ED. It's controversial but the only trial that found a reversal was with a high carb, low fat plant based diet. I believe it was conducted by Dr Essylstein. There's angiogram evidence of the arterial plaque disappearing and the arterial walls opening up.

Not here for any pointless debates - take it or leave it. I really don't care if you agree or not.

For others this may be something worth looking into.

Interesting first cut and paste post - albeit it is an issue for many men. It is missing some some of the newest treatments that are remarkable.
It would be good to answer Bull (Taureau) so we can help you.
Please advise if you are taking any drugs including PED's that may cause your ED.

thanks,
GR

This is pretty much my diet and I do still experience it. comes and goes, most likely PEDs. One thing I did find that helps me is Nitrus Oxide. It makes me extremely vascular as well. Here is a brand that was suggested by an ED Dr out of the states.

It was an extremely strict diet that was shown to actually cause reversal. Pretty much doesn't cut it in this context. If I had CVD or if I develop it to any extent over the years of PEDs id be following his diet to the T.

I wonder if this diet is for the average westerner as in probably low ish testosterone and not much physical exercise in the person's regiment? The diet would help especially high fruit and vegtable carbs probably based on the vitamins and fiber ( magnesium etc.) But I think I've read exercise is shown to reverse arterial stiffness and reverse arterial plaque?

Have you heard about or read the studies on using vitamin K2 in high amounts to reverse arterial plaque? No vegan diet necessary if the calcium gets to where it should be in the first place I suppose.

If you're taking PED's then they are a very likely culprit. I can definitely feel when ED is 19nor related, both Deca and Tren effect me mildly compared to others but still a noticable negative effect.

5mg cialis is good for a couple days to build up in the system until heartburn creeps up. Levitra and Viagra are other options with Levitra being a good blend with Cialis. Viagra gives me headaches so I dont use it, but take too much Cialis and you'll get headaches too.

PT141 is overkill on the regular but if you have ED try it. I can jackhammer concrete well into a Deca cycle on it, but it's got some other sides that make it a special occasion supplement for me for when I need to go the extra mile or two

If PT141 does not work then maybe you need to try other partner(s)

Hopefully the studys are newer. I just found this...

Does caber help with deca dick? I thought it was mainly from high prolactin

There's a few studies floating around. I think ChaseIrons (a youtuber) recently did his calcium score test and it came back with a result of 0 and he attributes it to his use of k2 or a supplement complex containing k2 and something called nattokinase.

Call me crazy but I'm really sceptical of anything coming out of the American Heart Association funded by big pharma. For years they demonized red meat, saturated fats and cholesterol and insisted low fat high carbohydrate diets were health promoting. We now have loads of obese people, including doctors themselves.

I agree for sure but I think I read somewhere calcium scores aren't as usefull as previously thought I don't remember why but in canada I don't think we can even get them unless your scheduled for a surgery or something.

the findings of this study ... should be a reminder to physicians that the absence of CAC is not equivalent to the absence of atherosclerosis, particularly in younger adults and women. When CAC scoring is used in these populations, clinicians should remind patients that a CAC score of 0 is not a guarantee against CVD," the pair concluded.
