Considering BPC157 for Hip Arthritis - need advice

Look into MUSE Stem cell treatment. Lots of medical tourism place offer this.

Muse stem cells are actually able to become the cells they are trying to repair where regular stem cells only help with mitochondrial repair or speeding it up.

Listen to Rogan podcast with Brigham Buhler. Probably spelled wrong.

Interesting....I wonder how long this has been around.

Hi Guys - I'm almost 60 - have minor hip arthritis in both hips - sometimes I feel it at night - sometimes bad depending on my diet -I take Ibuprofen sometime - and Aleve sometimes. Left hip has an impingement - which is a real pita. I had knee surgery for torn meniscus 9 months back - surgeon said I could definitely use a new hip - he is glad to do it. But I'm not too hip on that - pun intended. I'm not retired and run my own business - no benefits.

Left hip joint has narrowed - but I'm still doing squats (albeit light) - and lunges - and other exercises also - I do have an inversion bed I use on a constant basis for lower back pain from working in a tobacco field in my 20's. Surgeon said once I get a new hip - I can't use the inversion table due to dislocation possibilities. Considering a arthroscopic hip specialist to see if I can have the impingement trimmed -hoping anyway.

My son suggested the 157 for the hip arthritis - I've done some internet searching - looks like an injection in the hip area is best. Is this a good idea ? Is this stuff good for arthritis like this ? I've never injected before - or taken any ped's before - so I'm completely new. Has 157 been around for a long time ?

If this is a good idea to try - I'd need suggestions on a vendor - how to inject -when & how much to inject - how to mix it with bac etc etc. Should I start with 1 hip first ?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated !
Hey man,

I wanted to share my experience with this. I have 6 herniated discs in my lower back, and at one point I lost movement in my right leg for almost 5 months because of nerve damage. That’s actually how I discovered BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, KPV and HGH.

For me, they made a huge difference but only during my second cycle. The first time, I stayed with the lower “standard” doses (around 500mcg twice a day) and honestly didn’t notice much improvement.

Later, I started diving deeper into peptides and came across Alex Kikel. One thing he talks about a lot is how recovery works best when everything is aligned together, not just relying on the peptides alone.

Personally, I only started seeing real results when I combined everything consistently:

- Red light therapy twice a day (morning and before bed, directly on my lower back)
- Sauna 2x per week
- Proper diet with high protein, carbs, and healthy fats
- Minimum 10k steps daily
- Weightlifting 3–4x per week

My second cycle was what people now call “KLOW + HGH” was where I noticed the biggest improvement of my life. I was taking 4mg daily of each peptide, split into two doses (morning and night) and 2iu of GH before bed.

It definitely wasn’t cheap, and it wasn’t the easiest protocol to follow, but honestly… it gave me my life back.

Today I’m able to do:
- Grappling 5x per week
- Weightlifting 4x per week
- 1 weekly run with my wife and dog

I’d recommend doing a lot of research on it first and seeing if it makes sense for you financially and personally. My DMs are always open if you need anything, brother.

Wishing you the best sir! :)

Damn - that sounds heavy duty - glad you found something that works - lower back is an absolute mean bitch to deal with - and I've been there. Only thing that keeps me sane is hanging upsidedown.

It sounds like the GH really made a difference for you - have you done anything else for your back - ie operations - injections ? I take it you inject the peptides directly into your back ?

Everything that is I have done for my back bro. Had an inversion table at home for almost 8months. Didn’t help. Heard really good things for others just didn’t work for myself.

GH is life. Just make sure you find YOUR dosage without side effects.

Leolkn - what happened to your back that caused you the herniated discs ?

The GH- I've been reading some posts about it - and about some of the side effects - is the GH actually healing your discs ?
