Considering BPC157 for Hip Arthritis - need advice

Hi Guys - I'm almost 60 - have minor hip arthritis in both hips - sometimes I feel it at night - sometimes bad depending on my diet -I take Ibuprofen sometime - and Aleve sometimes. Left hip has an impingement - which is a real pita. I had knee surgery for torn meniscus 9 months back - surgeon said I could definitely use a new hip - he is glad to do it. But I'm not too hip on that - pun intended. I'm not retired and run my own business - no benefits.

Left hip joint has narrowed - but I'm still doing squats (albeit light) - and lunges - and other exercises also - I do have an inversion bed I use on a constant basis for lower back pain from working in a tobacco field in my 20's. Surgeon said once I get a new hip - I can't use the inversion table due to dislocation possibilities. Considering a arthroscopic hip specialist to see if I can have the impingement trimmed -hoping anyway.

My son suggested the 157 for the hip arthritis - I've done some internet searching - looks like an injection in the hip area is best. Is this a good idea ? Is this stuff good for arthritis like this ? I've never injected before - or taken any ped's before - so I'm completely new. Has 157 been around for a long time ?

If this is a good idea to try - I'd need suggestions on a vendor - how to inject -when & how much to inject - how to mix it with bac etc etc. Should I start with 1 hip first ?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated !

Bp 157 could definitely help but not going to fix your hip.

There are some really good videos on it on YouTube and most cover protocols.

As far as vendor there lots of reputable vendors and lots of scammers. Look for third part testing. Look for reviews on here and other forums. That being said be careful, asking for sources is a violation of the rules. It’s not an open source board game

Hang around here and ask lots of questions. People here are happy to help and typically don’t flame you too much.

I personally would go with bpc and tb at the same time at 500mcg - 750mcg daily, you could inject it locally (at the site where your having issues) or just put it in your stomach fat as it goes systemic anyways. If you were to pick up a 10mg/10mg vial of bpc/tb and reconstitute it with 2ml bac water, 10 units (0.1ml) would give you 500mcg of each. I’ve personally had great results running this protocol healing some injuries of mine.

Yes - very happy about this forum - few if any flaming is nice. I completely understand about sources. I take it I can pm members though on it ?

Why TB also ?

There are lots of peptide companies to chose from - not just GG's. Not that they aren't great but @SteveM spend the time to read, talk to people, nothing wrong with asking an opinion. I can list 4-5 peptide companies I consider legit including GG's, if you have a question send me a PM or we can openly speak about it here.
Due to a meniscus tear, I gave up on specific kicks and have been using that leg for front kicks and knees only. Murphy's law, I am now developing a sore hip too. Nothing terrible, but I am going to rehab this week to get a rehab program, visit my friend who is a neurological osteopath and will be using some peptides. The peptides help heal but depending on the degree of degeneration - it is hard to rebuild a joint. Your tendons and muscles can be strengthened / help keep joint integrity, etc.
Did you have an X-ray of your hips to get a formal diagnosis and what degree of arthritis you have. There are non surgical treatments and people have taken their arthritis from a grade 4 to a much better number. One friend went from a 4 to a 1, but he spent a ton of money and used a lot of expensive modalities most can't afford.

Good luck whatever you do. I concur with @Vitko - TB500 has its place with many injuries. I would use different dosages based on what works best for my weight / injection frequency. I use more than the average person.

Hi Goldenrod - thanks for chiming in - yes had an xray about a year and a half back - and the impingement has gotten worse - I didn't have a formal diagnosis of the arthritis level - just that I have some present - amazing how it crept up on me - a few years back I was clear - then boom. I do need to schedule an appt with my doctor again and get another xray - as well as ask him for a referral to a hip specialist of my choice....however - I'd like to consider the above mentioned peptides as they may - from what I'm reading - increase the growth & rebuilding of the hip socket cartilage - or they may not....if they do - I'm much more likely for a surgeon to trim down the impingement- this should also improve my arthritis. (I do find the more squats or lunges etc that I do - the joints feel better - probably due to the increase in synovial fluid that accompanies the exercise - so I never stay sedimentary). I have some reading to do on the TB - will prob have more questions for you.

Why didn't you have your meniscus tear repaired ? I've had 2 done - one in my 20's and one just recently - if done correctly the meniscus will grow back - takes a while.

Using a combo of both TB-500 and BPC-157 have helped reduce the inflammation in my knee, I used a low dose with success. Will it heal it in my opinion only highly unlikely from all the research I've done in regards to Arthritis and Inflammation but any relief is good.

Its better to do tb and BPC it helps I had a back injury and knee pain back seems to be good after 6 months but deffinently not a fix if it’s severe it’s worth a shot while I was on it my tendinitis was pretty much good but came back
