Cheatmeal thread 2.0

Since your from GTA. One place you should go check out.

Koz Bingol Express. Its on Bathurst & Queen. The mixed wrap is what I always get :) probably the biggest wrap youll get in the city.

Greek food for me is always Messini's on Danforth.
From the gta originally for about 30 years. Past 10 years im a couple hours away now. But i appreciate the recommendation anyways and if im down there its likely ill check it out.

A couple recent ones. There was 6 pieces of bruschetta before the pic, they were soo fuckin good. Stole some fries and chicken strips off the kids too because daddy is a pig. This was at a beach side restaurant at port stanley, this place is always good. Never fails. Also had some pecan praline ice cream for dessert.

Then just a nice homemade egg mcmuffin refeed, with some pantry desserts. Still hit the spot just fine.

Nice, I was just making this thing when I saw your post. Now it's out of the oven.

It's how I "cheat" - by measuring everything lol.

250G Ap Flour
125g Mozzarella
120g Extra lean turkey kolbassa
I don't count veggies.

So:
41 F
80 P
173 C
Not bad. I had low fat everything this morning and will do low fat for the rest of the day. That's about the only thing I care about, the protein and carbs these days can be sky high.

I had to fast overnight for some bloodwork so when I got out of the clinic I was ready to eat the ass out of a dead skunk, but, before I could get the roadkill shovel out, I noticed that flank steak was on sale at the grocer across the street so fajitas it is....

And then half a chocolate cake in celebration of nothing in particular. Flank steak, I guess.

2.5hrs was the longest I could eat here. Constant supply of live seafood. I did eat over 10 crabs and 24 shrimp at a seating but the thing is that picking at seafood you don't get full. I have to eat the pre-prepared dishes to get full at the end. 8 full plates is my record so far... Culture shock!! Butter in Vietnam means margarine not the butter we use in North America. I'm a die'n here, I gotta go back. Thinking late November :)

I ate like a fucken pig this year there and lost a shitload of bodyfat. This time I'm brining a solid cycle over and going on an eating rampage to see what happens. Gyms are kind of hard to find air conditioned so they are a bit pricy.

I didn't go to Thailand for this, but yesterday I spent the day eating this Thai green chicken curry. 500gs chicken breast, garden beans and Thai basil....all that good shit. There was a lot of rice involved. I've been looking at tastier ways to eat more rice. 700g+ of carbs is a lot more than I'm used to.

Fuck me you guys are complicatedm fancy and formal lol..

When I used to do real "cheat meals" they were things like
-24 ice cream sandwiches (the bulk box in the frozen food section)
-large jar of peanut butter (I ate it with a spoon until I couldn't eat it)
-1 whole McCain deep and delicious cake.. I liked them right from the fridge half frozen almost.
I see those frozen McCain cakes at the grocery store all of the time. I've never bought or tried one, just because I'm scared of what will happen if I find out it's really good. I'm always very tempted too though.
