Cheatmeal thread 2.0

Fresh made English muffins are the best. They're a bit of work, but worth it. Less hassle that going out to the grocery store in -20 windchill to fix a craving though.

Last night I also made about 5 lbs of meatballs etc so I have a feeling that later there will be little English muffin meatball sandwiches....

Happy bulking!! :ROFLMAO:💪

Well, i really indulged today. Pizza, donuts, party mix, and chocolate birthday cake.
I was actually needing and wanting an excessive cheat.
I weighed myself friday after work and i was a few lbs less than where i wanted to be at and i can afford a few thousand extra calories right now. Lol

Better late than never. I only had 5 shells left, otherwise there would be 10 of these normally.

10 is my record!! However I take a HUGE stainless steel bowl, cook up 1lb of meat and all the fixin's like a half head of lettuce, 100g of cheese, salsa with homemade hot sauce then break in the shells sour cream on the side. Gotta weigh 3lbs for sure. I'm sure I could have cracked in a few more shells as that's only another couple of ounces, it's the meat and cheese that fill me up.

Pan fried with butter kolbassa, some sliced black olives rolled into pizza dough buns. Doesnt look amazing but tastes great. Would have preferred it with chorico instead but this was good anyways.
Like the kolbassa pizza, but without all the unnesessary cheese calories and fats. Keeping it within my refeed limits and not into cheatmeal excessiveness.

I ate English muffins, egg and cheese for breakfast for like 3 years, lol.

Still love English muffins, but my favorite is toasted a bit burnt with lots of butter.

Ughhnnnnn my Slavic heart yearns, sick dish!

Wings and beer for me tonight. Had my yearly audit and this auditor really dig in deep, even as far as she moved things around in my spice cabinet, and some stuff spilled out of the open bags, then she marked it that it wasn’t clean enough.

By this point i”d had enough and I told her no way, we spend over an hour pulling everything out and wiping the shelves down and that she must have spilled a bit when she was pooping thru everything with a fine tooth comb.

Anyhow this audit is not going to be my normal 98% like every other year. I am happy to have passed, and a bunch of things that she asked for that was way over board will be crossed off by the area manager.

Tacos tomorrow for sure.

Today I made a kickass loaf of crusty bread, and a sirloin roast, so it's been an all day roast beef sandwich bender.
Roast beef with horseradish, roast beef with cheese and jalapenos, roast beef with with carmelized onions.....

Is that sourdough? Where did you learn how to make it? Really wanna get into making my own

Is this is the states? I’ve never had krispy crème before. Does it beat Tim’s?
Theres one in mississauga, ontario. I think its availible too at certain supermarket chains.
Im no doughnut expert, but i think its much better than the standard fare at tim hortons yes.

No, it's just a regular bread but uses something called a "poolish", you can look that up, makes for better bread and pizza doughs etc. It's also cooked in a cast iron dutch oven which makes it extra crispy and gnarly looking. I can DM you the recipes and all that if you're interested.

I did sourdough for a while one summer, but it's a pain in the ass to keep the starter alive if you're not making bread all the time and the sour flavour isn't really my thing anyway, so for me it's not worth the effort but it is fun to do if you're in to breads.
