CB current physique update thread

You need to get yourself a scythe for next week's lawn care. Get some upper body work in. 😂

Also, do it in a hooded black cloak, just for the neighbours.
Haha yeah man, I was actually up at 5:00 am mowing the property, it’s a 20 acre wooded lot, not much in the way of neighbours, but that does sound like fun.

Coach is still sleeping so haven’t even sent these off yet. So basically a CB exclusive 💁🏻‍♀️
Fasted no food or fluids yet as I’m waiting for orders. Weighed in at 181.5 and likely will step on stage in the mid 180s-190. Lots of room to grow and looking forward to using more juicy things that’s I’ve gotten of the forum. So an appreciation to CB and its members as it has played a role in my progress since joining years ago AC477628-A11B-43C9-9C36-18EB2D41528E.jpeg784C6EE8-4E13-4908-90FF-2153AFC5FD87.jpeg6A5E323C-E258-4BFC-B845-FABD645D5DE0.jpegC829407B-FAA6-4256-BA18-04BAB9A9CC46.jpeg

Wow man. Wow 👌

Trying to clear up space in my phone and went way back to delete photos. Didn’t even know I had any photos from peak fatness. This was like 195 lbs and 37% bf vs today (maybe 10-12?). Also laughed when I realized it was the same underwear.

Oh man. I have a few nasty before pics. They're great motivation. 🤣

Great work.

Ok, self-shaming time. The guy on the left in Dec 2022 represents 10 months of dieting and working out. I just don't have any earlier pics. It was worse. The pic on the right was from last month. :ROFLMAO:

I think we're both on the right track.

Well my update is not great.
Up until the middle of july things were going fine and i was ready to give an actual real effort to cut for the last 6 weeks of summer. I had just taken my last deca shot and was gonna have a week break from 25mg proviron before upping it to 50mg. Also changing 250mg sust to 600mg of t400.
During the transition week i suffered a shoulder injury at work. Didnt seem to be too bad at first. I tweaked my right shoulder in an over reaching twisting fashion. Well by the weekend i couldnt raise my arm without intense pain (similar to sharp back pain). Well there goes 2 weeks with no lifting. Only good thing was i still hit my lagging parts like quads and back carefully with some cardio afterwards. So babied that back to health and last week i was finally able to get my normal weights lifted again. But due the setback i gave up on the hard cut and just ate around maintenence levels.
Now yesterday like a fuckin jackass, i pulled a similar manuevar with my left shoulder. Not as bad, but yup i did fuck it up a bit aswell. So carefull with the right shoulder that i used the left in a over reaching twisting fashion. Damn getting old bullshit. Well it seems my body is telling me to fuck off currently so im gonna listen lol. Took my remaining t400 600mg dose yesterday. Proviron runs out this week and next week im down to cruise dose of 250 sust. Cruising until spring now.
I did have good shape and leanness all summer which i was happy with. Even enjoyed some great beachside cheatmeals aswell, so overall a good summer cycle. Just didnt get to do a final end of summer cut push to get as vieny lean as i wanted too.

This week i have some bpc/tb coming which i will be using for the next 40 or so days in hopes that it will actually help me recover better from these injuries. Never used it before. I will break from heavy lifting during recovery except for quads and back during this period.
No more over reaching twisting, fuck me, such a small careless manuever to cause such awefull pain.

Do isometric exercises for your shoulders. Best thing I ever did for my tendons.
Dont keep pushing thru shoulder issues or eventually you may tear something like I have.

Yes getting older sucks shit.

You get a really good geared up look. Especially after leaning out a bit.

I haven’t taken enough for a while to get that look and miss it.

Hey @DeeKnows - sorry to hear about your injury. I have come to the conclusion if you lift heavy/hard enough and long enough, everyone (with off anomaly) ends up with shoulder issues they have to work on. Where is the injury and are you seeing a Sports rehabilitation specialist? I only see my preferred once and then buy what I need and work on the exercises at home, and have a final check up with him when I believe it is healed.
Good for you for not staying F it, and stop working out completely and continually keeping active working out what you can without pain.
I don't think there is anything I am going to tell you - you don't already know but depending on the type of injury, in order to heal properly I believe your body needs more calories/the right food/and that includes quality protein sources. I only mention this as you said you were cutting and are going back to maintenance. I would eat at small surplus to help your body recover, but again I suspect you know your body better than most.
I am dealing with a chronic knee problem that will probably require surgery and it is impacting my hip. I am older than you and considering I still push myself suffer the odd minor injury. It has been a long time since I used peptides, but like you I ordered a kit of BPC157 10-10 mg vials and TB500 10-5mg vials, and KPV 10-10 mg vials. For what it is worth, I found KPV helped a lot too. It took a few weeks to notice a difference but my hip pain is gone, my knee recovers faster but will not be 100% until I get surgery. As for the minor tweaks and pains from pushing yourself - recovery is better.
Depending on the type of shoulder issue, (again I am sure you know this, but if you don't), my chest has a habit of overtaking my rear delts into my upper back and pulling my shoulders forward. I had to do a lot of work (body weight at first), stretches, and as weird as it sounds hanging from a chin up bar as long as I can hold my BW seems to help align my shoulders before a workout.
Adopted some exercises to work my rear delts more and upper/mid back to help balance out my posture and pay attention to my shoulder posture all the time. Long story short, scared to say this, but no shoulder issues in ages.
Amazing how easy it is to hurt yourself just moving a certain a way, especially when you may easily move around heavy weight with no issues. Turn a certain way and you immediately say shit, I just hurt myself.

Again, for what it is worth - good to hear you are not trying to increase PED's and work through it. Taking the time to heal so it does not become chronic.
If you know what part of the shoulder is injured and if muscle vs. tendon/ligament/joint - very curious as I find some peptides work better for different injuries. Hope you heal quick.
