Blood pressure

averaging 130-145/70-80 HR low 60's. This is high for me but the doctor says if your not feeling well and am in pain it will increase your BP. I hurt by lower back pretty bad 10 days ago and been fighting off a minor cold at the same time.
All the same - upping the fish oil to 5K and Nigella Sativa to 2000 mg twice a day.
Nigella Sativa really works. I bought a different brand that was an ”organic” one and I’ve had zero gut issues with it now.
My blood pressure used to be a consistant 130/85 and is now 122/78 on tren which is known to increase blood pressure.

‘Hopefully your back gets better soon.

I have a cold and hurt my back which tyically raise it by 5-10 points. It will come back down. Give it another 3-7 days I expect to be back at 120/60 (hopefully).
Yeah I got a stupid head cold as well. Not nothing I couldn’t train thru, but running nose, cough up goop, lol.
I‘m right on a growing good spot, can’t stop now.

Tren mixed with my caffeine intake would have me like 190/100. 😂.

Been taking some supps recommended by the folks on here as a few weeks ago I was running on average a 139/85 HR 72.

Started taking Hawthorne Berry, 6000mg+ of good Fish oil w DHEA/EPA, K2, and Citrus Bergamot.

Tested a few today to get an average of 122/76 HR 60.
That is very good. You went from pre hypertension to normal with just a few supplements.

All while cleaning up diet a bit more and exercising as well, but that first average was while I was still training and eating clean. Very rewarding to see the addition of something do good for you for sure.

Last reading at the doctor was 3 months ago, read 160/90 ish

Today at the doctors I came in at 118/80 the doctor was expecting to put me on meds today, so I'm pretty happy

I'm also dieting now and down from 280 to 255, so that may play a significant role

Taking a greens drink, coq10, fish oil, zma, and a multivitamin, plus lots of cardio

123/73 with 55 PR

had not taken it in a few months and though it might me up a bit...i was wrong :)
What is interesting is that my hemoglobin and hematocrit has been slightly over range but does not impact my BP. Either right before donating or right after...BP has remained consistent.

Umm, I am pretty sure 130 is good. 89 is high but my doctor told me it was more of a long term number and was more concerning for him. What is your cruise dosage? Maybe take a break from cycling for awhile if you're worried so the long term number gets better. Also you might want to get a 24hr monitor BP test done. Maybe your cycles are bumping up your blood pressure long enough to be causing issues. Also might want to try magnesium biglycinate.

Got a little complacent taking my BP. Waiting for my BP to settle a little as added Sero HGH a while back. This morning BP is good but RHR is still 10 BPM higher than normal. Still happy to see it settle down.
If your taking anything - check it 3 times a week minimum.

I had some stuff going on recently, sitting in a room waiting to see the specialist the nurses we’re doing their usual preliminary tests, my BP was 215/125 😂. This was right after she told me what the specialist was going to do, I said what did you expect. She laughed at that.
