has bp and resting heart rate always been this good??100/60 HR 54
I was doing some reading on black seed oil, and looks like if your a daily aspirin guy then you shouldn't mix the 2, due to clotting issues , i realize theres cautions on everything, but i did no u were a aspirin guy so figured id show u incase u didnt no.BP / RHR back into a healthy range and staying there.

No, my BP has always been in a healthy range albeit not in the ideal range for short periods. It has been over 130 but eventually lowered back down to under 120 systolic. My RHR has lowered from 70 to high 40's - low 50's over the past 2-3 years. I don't do much cardio other than sparring and walking but a lot of my workouts have very little rest period. If you look at my log on BP/RHR you can watch it slowly go down over the months to years. I have my theories but at this point they are just theories.has bp and resting heart rate always been this good??
I quit smoking a few months ago my BP went from 135/85 to 122/70 and resting heart rate from like 95 or 100bpm to 80. Smoking really is that bad lol

I've also noticed since quiting my strength and recovery time and everything are way betterGood for you. 3 weeks completely smoke free for me.
I had cut down to once a week for a decade, so I’d buy 6 beer and smoke 1/2 a pack, then not touch them again for another week.
But I’m done now.
I had zero withdrawal symptoms as well. It was like my body knew that Saturday night it would get its fix. And I would actually get shaky and hyper as I drove to get smokes and beer on Saturday night, lol. Sunday morning couldn't care less if I smoked. Actually I felt like crap and regretted it.Thanks buddy. Good job for you too I remember a while back you saying you only smokes once and a while. But no more. I'm not saying I'm not craving it, but my breathing needs to be better and I know the cigarettes are directly related. I don't want to be on oxygen because of it.
112/66 HR 53 - just taking Q10 400 mg a day and 2000 mg of Nigella Sativa now. I have Carleson's fish oil in my cabin in case I need it.
