Added PED's....Dialed in nutrition, rest and recovery. Results......

I'm just gonna spit out the facts real fast because people get bored of a long post....

A few years ago, I lost 100+ pounds. Starvation diet. No weight training. I ended up skinny with no muscle. Since then, my weight has fluctuated up and down 50 pounds.

September 2024 I started weight training. 90 minute workouts 5 to 6 days a week. Almost 0 work on my legs. In 16 months I put on 9.4 pounds of lean mass according to DEXA scans. Only 1.6 pounds of that was in my legs. The rest upper body.

January of this year I started taking peptides. Reta, Klow, Mots.... shortly there after I started on Test (titrated up to 300mg) HGH @ 2.5iu and only recently added Primo. (200mg). I hired a coach, dialled in nutrition,(started eating rice, three meals, a day, lol) rest and recovery and he also gave me a real workout schedule which included two days of legs per week. I have not missed a single scheduled day in the gym in 2026.

In 100 days between Dexa scans I added almost 15 pounds of lean mass. 9 pounds in my legs while in a cut. 25 pounds of fat loss, 15 pounds of lean mass gained!

When I would upload pictures to ChatGPT and ask it, my body fat percentage it was saying around 11 to 12%. When you have so much loose skin, it hides definition. My latest Dexa said I'm at 8 1/2%.

These results have only further motivated me

I know the leg gains are basically "newbie" gains and that the pace will slow right down. Still....I will be elated if If I can put even 1 pound of legit muscle on my body per month over the next year.

We just increased calories so I am excited. Will do another Dexa scan in 3-4 months.

Nicely done man. That's a hell of a transformation.

I don't know if you've looked into this, or if it concerns you at this stage, but there is some evidence to suggest that GHK-Cu (the copper peptide) can assist with loose skin and elastin / collagen. I had some loose skin after my own de-fattening in the same lower belly area and it is all but gone now. I can't promise for sure that it was the 25mg per day of the GHK-Cu, along with the GH, but it cleared itself up over the course of around a year of fairly steady use. I'm also fairly old, so I wasn't expecting any improvement at all, but it still happened....So, just something to consider if you feel like looking into it.

Tangent aside, keep up the excellent work. 💪

Thank you brother!!! I have been on Klow since January. I feel like it's probably made my skin a little bit softer. Sure as hell hasn't helped my hair grow. Lol. And maybe it's helping with loose skin, but let's face it..... there are limitations. There's only one way to get rid of the amount of loose skin I have. Surgery. I wouldn't even consider that. I can't afford the time off work and more importantly I'm not taking time off the gym. Skin removal surgery is a long recovery. High chance of infection and you can also lose feeling. I don't love how I look naked but I look pretty good with clothes on. Lol

Absolutely incredible my man. We have very similar transformations and I know the work needed to get here so I applaud you. The loose skin bothers me quite a bit too..the peptides have reduced it but surgery is the only way to completely get rid of it.
Keep kicking ass brother

I am just going to wear the loose skin with honour. I have a physical job and there's no way I'm taking the time necessary off of work. Also, no way I'm taking the time out of the gym. Not a flipping chance. I do understand that there are people that lost three and 400 pounds. Skin removal surgery is a must.
The one thing I hate the most to be honest is my ass. Wrinkly as hell. Lol

Also respect to you, my friend. Very few people can take it from start to finish. You have to be the most stubborn version of a human being.
