Blood flow occlusion training

What’s all been looked at exactly that I brought up? Lol. Anything you were pushing spoke to potential issues with one’s health in regards to carrying out this type of training. I never disputed anything in regards to seeing some of the desirable outcomes we wish as bodybuilders. But only part of that story is being told. It’s not measured effectiveness.
Nothing has been established or agreed upon as far as safe procedures, can any of the things I mention not happen? Nothing that you have posted counters anything.

If people can’t even figure out how to lift things up and put them down properly, how do you figure that restriction of blood flow while performing weight lifting activities is going to go? Lmfao. Measuring blood pressure to a conformance standard? A not agreed upon one by the way. Yeah no recipe for disaster here.

Just for the record. I hold a 3 year college diploma, a 4 year university degree, hold 3 professional designations, a registered professional designation as well as multiple designations in sports nutrition and fitness training.

So we are occluding venous....but not arterial...blood flow,primarily for the biceps and quads.Sounds like a good way to lessen the wear and tear on the knees.
So,PhysLifter,what equipment commonly available should we be employing here?

I'm curious by nature so I had to order a set of bands and give it a shot. Ordered 2 Inch bands from "BFR Bands". I havnt tried them on legs yet but been using them just for a few burn out sets after biceps and triceps. The pump these give you are awesome.

It has nothing to do with not wanting to move heavy weights the old school way. I would never replace my training with these. But I'm definitely going to keep using them once in a while.

It would be nice to know exactly how tight to put them.

I am curious to try this.My quads need 315 with low reps to be full.Even with wraps my knees don't like 315.They don't hurt while squatting,but they feel loose daily.
