I am curious to try this.My quads need 315 with low reps to be full.Even with wraps my knees don't like 315.They don't hurt while squatting,but they feel loose daily.I'm curious by nature so I had to order a set of bands and give it a shot. Ordered 2 Inch bands from "BFR Bands". I havnt tried them on legs yet but been using them just for a few burn out sets after biceps and triceps. The pump these give you are awesome.
It has nothing to do with not wanting to move heavy weights the old school way. I would never replace my training with these. But I'm definitely going to keep using them once in a while.
It would be nice to know exactly how tight to put them.
