what I did for 2023.

Besides calling off my wedding LOL

I started my trt+

Test 300mg
Primo 300mg

I had did EQ and gh but I dropped it

Then I had a whole prep for wedding but scrapped that and went for jugular

TEST 450mg
TMT blend (150/150/150)
Test prop / mast prop / tren ace

Parabolan 150mg
Proviron 50mg
Adex 1mg eod
Prami .75mg

Now
Prop 300mg
Test 300mg
Para 225mg
Proviron 75mg
Halotestin 20mg ( increase 5mg per week total of 3 weeks )
Adex 1mg eod
Prami .75mg

Occasional anadrol or test suspension as pre

Fasted cardio 20-25 min

Diet carbs are 200-300g
Cheats are not aggressive as in over eating
No overeating or sweets
Alcohol cut to 1x a week max
No late nights

Week 2 of halo
Upped to 25mg
Also my trianing style is back to old style that worked well
Short sweet in and out

Incline db press SS seated cable row
Machine seated press SS lat pull-down mag grip
Pec deck SS machine row

4 sets each
Near failure
Increasing weight each time
Short rest

Your last cycle update confused me though what's prop 300 with test 300? Are you talking about masteron? That halo dose is substantial as well damn. Still I'd bet you got some dirty pumps at the gym

I didn’t wanna go into this too much cuz I can’t even explain why I changed so fast.

When I was competing / dieting harder ( display pic) it was no cheats for 8-12 weeks
Same meals. Everything measured. Carbs counted and cycled

I eventually wirh the first cycle before this
Started eating smarter
Not calculated meticulously but 4-6 meals
All whole meals
Aiming at 200-300g carbs per day and 1g protien per bw
And just being consistent with trianing and cardio

So when I called off the wedding I was able to accelerate the focus on myself
But at the same time still enjoy eating out and cheat meals but nothing abusing but I was back in the gym training just as hard

Before I would give excuses I ate bad this week trianing hard won’t do anything… half ass or skip the gym and that led me to picture 1.. mind you toxic partner and bad habits outside gym also lead to that shape

So now I am sleeeping good
Wake up
5 whole eggs + oatmeal 1 cup or a bagel
Train
Post workout shake
Then a meal of 200g meat with rice
Another shake or oatmeal mixed with a protien
And 1 other final meal of meat and rice or pasta or potatoes
And I am not scared to eat out but clean ( which I wasn’t doing previous diets )

In the sense of eating poulet rouge or a poke bowl or sushi

So no real diet except eating relatively clean
Wirh proper diet I would be 15-30% better for the amount of gear I’m taking

I’m taking gear people compete with so yes I look good but there WAY more I could be gaining from
This but then that woukd take away from other areas of life that I really need right now

Sick pumps and heart burn
Upping halo for week 3 to 30mg then wrapping it up

Test prop 300mg
Test300 300mg
Total test 600mg

No Masteron at this point

I think it’s also was I narrowed down diet before I got on this cycle…

Well things took a turn to the wrong side yesterday
Boating day
Walked across 2 boats 1 was drifting and foot slipped and caught the fall on my ribs and elbow

Elbow and tricep are fully swollen . No bruising so far. Can’t extend or flex tricep muscle at all.or put any weight on it.
Only positive thing I am grasping is no discoloration
Icing resting taking anti inflamatories but I think this is gunna be a real issue

Going to see sport medicine Dr asap and get mri

Damn, I hope you just bruised the muscle. Guess you’ll find out in a couple days if it starts to get better.

Shit.... I hope you recover quickly. Make sure you continue to try to move it as much as you can..... don't over ice some inflammation is not a bad thing it brings healing factors to injury site.

posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested
I have to say this I've spoke to this man for years. He is a very selfless person . Always making sure the other is ok . Always been respectful and willingness to help others . I personally had no clue what you were going through cause your always worried about others .. You turned into a good friend , mentor and I learned alot from you . It saddned me to hear what u were going through and I couldn't help u like you have helped me and I feel horrible . Im super happy you got through this rough time in your life and found peace . Your an amazing person friend . I'll always have respect for you and for what you have done for me which is a private matter but it should be made public to tell people your true character. Keep it up brother ..

Don’t think it’s a tear
Almost 24h no bruising only swelling
Can’t flex or put weight on it or lift arm
