FitTrader transformation

Looking good. Didn't take long to get it back.
Balance is needed. That is why I do the same as you. Consistent, but not crazy all the time. As you get older and realize life is damn short, you won't want to waste it all in the gym.
Excatly ! You nailed it

So I am still 7 weeks out from my goal

Should be gettitg drier and drier !
Will keep updating
Using compounds I didn’t use before so it’s very cool overall

Also trying to avoid too many orals and many injections
I use to smash orals a lot when I was younger
And shoot 2x day now I wanna shoot max 5x a week lol

@FitTrader
Most of the time I purposely avoid commenting publicly on transformation or even "rate me" type of posts because I was trained to be critical and deduct for what's lacking before giving credit for what good. It's the quickest way to separate and rank guys. In a non competitive environment it's hard to comment from that perspective without coming off sounding like a dick.

Now that I've said that I'll be clear in saying that you obviously look great, but what I'm most happy for you about is your newfound headspace. As much as your physical condition can help your mental outlook I really feel like being mentally right has plays such a more important role in all aspects of life. Congrats!

Most obvious statement ever? Yeah, I'm doing some self therapy in this post for sure. Be well y'all.

Hey man!
Yes exactly the post was kind of a tie in between
Mindset and physique.
The headspace is so crucial. As I mentioned in the post I’ve looked much better then this in the past but then I fall apart because there was no balance. Finding that balance to enjoy life and enjoy trianing and seeing results is what counts.

The other thing is my avatar might seem like I am always that shape.. my post also was to show that it’s ok to fall off and end up not being happy with how you look ( pic 2021) and it is possible wirh the right mindset and work ethic to bounce back

And that is the same for any area of life

Yep, that thought is why I never got huge.
Being huge for most is a major commitment. I was ok with being better than average so I could enjoy myself doing other things.
Truth be told bodybuilding is like #10 on my priority list, I consider it a hobby.

As long as you are in decent shape, vast majority of the world could care less if we had muscles.

Plus some of us set a pretty high bar here 95% of the avg dudes out there would be absolutely thrilled to look like your before pic, me included at certain points in my life. As you noted the story of your rough days is not an unfamiliar one.

Keep digging bro, looking forward to pics in 7 weeks

You have great genetics and muscle memory too, that's a relatively fast transformation. In my lifetime I won't ever see your proportions

That said if you are comfortable sharing diet and cycle protocol I always like reading what others are up to, not for me to do personally, just out of curiosity.

I think more people could benefit from the mentzer style
I feel that’s the closest way to explain the style that works for me

I’ve done the long workouts wirh volume and it just doeaant and do it for me
I been doing this style, of training since 1996.

It's helps with my transformation best.

Long workout aren't for me either.

Keep up the amazing work, I can see you back on stage soon.

The key for me at 55 has been mentzer style training body parts once a week. Otherwise weak side develops elbow and shoulder tendonitis and gains dry up. Less is best in your mid 50s for sure.

Kudos on a great transformation.

I remember reading Heavy Duty back in ‘96/97 (?) as a high school pencil neck; 163lbs @ 6’3”. Grew like a MF’r. To the point where I could not wear jeans b/c I couldn’t fit my legs/arse into them.

Now I’m in my 40’s and without the HD style I would not be able to lift; my job is too physical.

Wish I had never given my friend my copy to read, out of production now and can’t buy it anywhere.

Great transformation, looking great. likely intimidates a lot of those finance boys…

I have a blood work paper for prolactin and e2
Will see if I check to see how I am overall I always have gyno flare up but so far has been good
