With weed I think the worst is yet to come... it's been way overvalued to start with. I read an article (think it was Bloomberg) and the guy said in order for companies to actually meet valuation, we'd need two Canadas. I agree.
Other sectors, I have no idea. Nobody can predict that shit, just look at people's track records. I will say the market has been fluctuating quite a lot recently!
rock bottom was hit with the big selloff.

We'll see. I'm honestly expecting things to get much lower than what we experienced over the past few days.
There needs to be a proper correction for this market...and for all the crap to be 'weeded' ('cuse the pun) out.
Over them next couple days would be a good time to buy a bunch of weed stocks

I think that's a highly individualized thing. Is Amazon's true value what it is trading at now?
When you bought in 2017 you thought it was a good buy. It should still be a good buy provided you're holding it long term and its not a quick pump and dump.
The past few days have been terrible for Activision. I did buy more, but concerned how long it will take to get back up to the $80 price again.
A while.. they're recent sales have sucked and the games that came out were nowhere near as good as they were hoping for. They lost some customer base for sure.
However I think all video/E-sports companies are going to do well in the future.
The stocks talked about initially were largely weed orientated: ACB, HMMJ, and BLO. If you had invested $1000 back in August you would be down... exact numbers I do not know, I just know I'm down. This was expected after legalization, the rest of the year & next will be turbulent I think.
$1000 invested in Tesla or VOO youd be marginally up.
This is a long term "game" though it might be quite fun to open a thread or have some bets with regards to penny stocks; they are definitely a gamble but are enjoyable.
I love penny stocks. They are a risk, buts its a great feeling when they go from cents to dollars. So far I am 1 for 3 on penny stocks. August up till now have been terrible. 2017 was an epic year. High growth and the speculation of cannabis peaked the interest of new investors. Really hoping 2019 will be better than this year.
I am totally out of the know regarding penny stocks. I took a punt with a weed company, which so far is up but I'm going to hold for a long time.
Any recommendations? I'd love to get into quick trading with penny stocks.

Theres a bunch of us in heavy on it. Their new Grease Beast product has recently been picked up by Home Depot online and looking to bring it into stores down the road. I believe they'r currently in ACE, Tru Valu Hardware and a few other places. From someone "in the know" Costco is also on the horizon. I have PT of $0.35 early next year.

If you bought around my original post about Lululemon you’d have gained a few bucks but I think you would have had to sell off before this week to have realized some gains
