What's in your gym bag?

Water bottle, knee and elbow sleeves, mp3 player and headphones, lifting straps, chalk, and gum. That's it because that's all I need.
 
most important is my mp3 player (charged) with ear buds. Everyone knows the gym plays the most candy ass girly music. EVen if my batteries die, I keep the ear buds in. JUst hearing guy's in their 20's make me wanna put a bullet in my head.
 
bands ( 3 sets ), wrist wraps and straps, elbow sleeves, knee wraps, shaker, change of clothes.... small kitchen sink..... sweat towel
 
Squat shoes, belt, wrist wraps, knee wraps, elbow sleeves, gym shoes, shaker, and a bag of candy.

Fanny pack( yes i wear this cause hate phone in my pocket, but hidden under my shirt!)

Clothes towel and face cloth.
 
I wear my gym clothes there & back and also shower at home so I usually only bring:

Headphones (Bluetooth pair + back-up)
Straps
Water
2 x 1 L. shaker prepared with BCAAs & other misc. supplements
Protein powder +/or bars (if there is going to be a delay getting home)
