That is me as well. For me it’s not consistency, I train 4 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week (pool and running), so I’m active 6 days total. The limiting factor is work travel. Being on the road disrupts sleep, meals, recovery, and routine, and that spillover slows progress even when training effort stays high
Age, genetics & probably over-training.
I also enjoy a good cigar and a couple fingers of whiskey. It's not a problem for me, but if I gave this up, it would probably would help. But then again a balanced life is a goal so.......
Money and time. That goes for all my goals. With that you can do almost anything. My job already feels like a hobby that I enjoy most of the time. What is it about your circumstances, genetics and or personality / mindset that you feel holds you back from achieving your goals?
That's actually a pretty easy fix. I think everyone runs into it when studying something science related or anyone who uses gear. Actually even naturals at the gym have big egos. Its one of those things you almost want to get so bad that you need to fix it or you need to fix it because of a goal.My ego and an inflexible personality.
When I had my work persona profil analysed, it have all Red and they doent like Red in public sector.
So here i am, instead of spending time questioning some décisions I hit the gym.
I had this when I smoked too much weed. I also think some people just aren't curious people in general. What do you think your reason is?Happiness. Thats stops me from achieving goals.
I find myself being happy where i am, so then i dont push further on goals.
So if happiness is the goal, then i reach my goal often.
Money wise, who cares as long i have enough to live the way i want then im good. Only so much time im willing to give to make money and i refuse to go into money making ways that harm others. So fuck it. Always paved my own road, dont owe nobody so they dont own me. I dont mind my work and im good at it. Its pays enough currently, so unless i need to make a new goal and achieve it, im happy and good as is.
Physically, im happy with current shape and past few years since cutting out alcohal and taking the lifestyle serious again. Without pushing things to far where they affect other parts of life.
I find happiness in the middle path for all aspects in life.
Curious? I get curious about all kinds of things and then i go learn about them.I had this when I smoked too much weed. I also think some people just aren't curious people in general. What do you think your reason is?
I think natural curiosity has really disappeared. Things need to happen right away and answer can be found almost too quickly.Curious? I get curious about all kinds of things and then i go learn about them.
Id say im not very greedy if anything.
