TRT Doses

100mg x2/week of test-c via IM. My e2 is a bit elevated as well as hemoglobin/hematocrit.

Taking some adex for the e2 but total t = 32.7 nmol/l.

Unfortunately had sides from adex. Gout like symptoms so I had to stop.

Waiting on my next monthly labs to assess.

Total time on test is 7 months.

Both HMG/HMC will increase over time, especially at that dose, which is rather high for TRT. I'm on 175 mgs/week
of Test E and have been at that dose for about 8 years. Bump it up to 200 mgs/week occasionally and so far,so good, except for those two factors, so my only option has been to donate blood every four months roughly to keep it in check. Used to donate more frequently in years past, but my iron crashed and had to space donations longer.
Get blood work frequently and consult with your doctor on the options.
My Doctor was not concerned at all when my Hematocrit rose to 54 and said it was ok. Other doctors panic when It's at 52% so go figure.

Good Luck and stay well Friend.

I've restarted a month ago due to a 4 month time off, my decision to let my hematocrit drop and clear out my system. Starting low at 100mg a week, M/W/F sub-q, will check bloods in another month and see how things look.

You could try taking DIM instead of Adex. Or aromasin.
