You lads really need to check out this YouTube channel if you haven't already. It used to be called "trenemy #1" but he renamed it recently.

It's like watching a fucking train wreck. He blasts tren year-round, with frequent crash-outs. Most recently he left his wife and replaced her with a full sized sex doll. 😂😂😂

I'm hesitant of sharing face pics of myself or my partner neither of us have much online presence, we have talked about making short videos and stuff that's funny on socials but I also don't want to do anything that might make my children embarrassed or anything if we went viral or something. I'm not a huge fan of lots of make up/eyelashes etc personally, but she deffinitely looks feminine

Understandable, everyone has their preferences. I personally love pretty eye makeup and lashes but lip injections are not my thing. She doesn't wear these every day and usually only does makeup before we go out together or if she goes to work as a waitress or bartender on a busy night she gets way better tips if she does this.

So I’ve taken some of the advice from this thread and also read through all of the Unhinged stuff lol and this is the modifications I have made to the cycle. I’m 165 at 14 or 15% body fat is this too much or too little if so, what should I increase or decrease?
