If you are being serious, I never understood this. There are pro bodybuilders who mostly train 4-5 days a week, but somehow everyone around me HAS to go lift everyday. I get it, that it's a mental thing for a lot of them, but maybe I'm being over the top here, but I think it's so stupid to say I have to do this everyday or else I don't feel good, that is as good as any other addiction. Cardio daily yes, mobility work daily also yes...but to just go lift daily with no progress and actually maybe the reverse makes no sense to me. I know people around me who will skip things with significant others, family just because they had to lift on a Saturday!
Ok, I went on a rant. To the OP, if this isn't a troll, you know what to do, don't be stupid and make the adjustments needed to make progress. If you were someone who was making a living at this, and your next placing at a show mattered for your career, would you just continue to do what you are doing or make a change.
